Ordered online, had a 45 min eta given, followed on the tracker. Pizza was baked in 15 mins moved to prepare and then sat there apparently for 1 hour 30 mins before a driver delivered to me 2 hours after purchase. Needless to say everything we ordered was ice cold, I had to microwave it. Poor management. No leadership.

It is carry-out or delivery only. Sure there is more artisan pizza in Austin, but Papa John's is quick, affordable, and tastes good. If you live or work nearby then it's great.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza....olives, spinach, mushrooms, onions, the normal stuff

Ordered on the phone on our way in, was coming out of the oven right when we arrived. Linda was super super friendly and kind and made sure our order was 100% correct without us even asking . Will come back! Thanks LINDA!

Why o why is my pizza crust uncooked. We order almost every Saturday for lunch. Every time I get our pizza the crust is undone. I keep trying to give yall a chance but the chances are running thin. My 92 year old client loves your garden fresh pizza but I think I'm going to take our business elsewhere. Uncooked dough is a no no. ??

I really love Papa John's pizzas! But this is the SLOWEST delivery service ever. Even when I pre-order to have pizza delivered at a certain time it's still 30 min late. Sometimes I even have to reheat it in my oven. ugh. I wish it was better.

If I could -10000000 I would. Worst customer service and manager do not know or owner do not know what customer service means…. Ordered pizza on 5/19 she calls me back and says she has no drivers and no Uber/DoorDash/grub hub drivers. I’m like ok I run my own business it happens. I said I can pick it up she said her system is down can’t pick up. But it took my credit card. Got a picture saying to was refunded. There was no I’m sorry, oh I apologize. It was bad business. Then one week later no refund yet called my back said it’s 3-5 days and nothing. Called her gave me a spill that it’s out of her hands, I have to be reasonable. Just plain rude and nasty on the phone…. Are you kidding me its been 7 days and I have not gotten a refund. I think these are franchises and the owner/manager just plain uneducated about business and customer service. If my business has unavoidable circumstances I would still apologize to my customer. You provide a service you need to be accountable!!! Hire drivers, do a better job managing or running your business and you will be more profitable!!!!!!In this country customer service is king!!! Your business will flourish if you have good service. But by looking at reviews you see is what you get.Don’t buy here, I don’t recommend this place and papa johns you need to train your owners/manager/franchise better.Definitely will NOT recommend or be back.

I made the mistake of pre tipping 25% an hour before the location closed and the delivery driver Luis stole my order. Now I call to find out I have to wait till the next day to receive a refund because the order took so long that the store closed.

DO NOT order from this Papa John's. Over an hour and a half to receive a pizza after the initial 40 minute estimated arrival time. They use Door Dash to supplement their delivery service and have zero control over timing.

Ordered pizza, says it was delivered (it wasnt). Then proceeded to wait on hold for 40 minutes for manager (never answered). Ordered a second pizza, they canceled the order manually and closed the store. Who ever is hiring the managers at this location is a terrible leader. They allow their employees to close early and cancel orders so they can go party with their friends.

If I could rate a zero I would. Ordered pizza Friday night and card went through… tip went through… was told 23?-28 mins……. No pizza. No answer. Store closed. No help….. you guys stink.

Just ordered a pizza from here and needed to call and hide the driver the gate code. Was on hold for 15 minutes the guy answered the phone and I’m the middle of home talking he cut me off them hung up on me. This is the service you give to your customers? I will not order from this location again. Never even got my pizza cause the driver I’m guessing could not get through the gate. By the time I got to the gate to wait for the driver I’m guessing he had already came and left. So ordered from Pizza Hut and they were super nice and got me a pizza fast

Pizza was normal, papadilla looked like a quesadilla instead of a Stromboli type deal. The tortilla was strange and super greasy. I've been double charged on my credit card and tried calling the store and was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. I'm going to the store physically to get my money back. The driver nearly forgot to give me my papadilla as well. Saying it had slid off the top when he took it out of the bag.
