Ordered and was told it would be 45-55 minutes. 1 hour and 40 minutes later our pizza was delivered via a Favor driver, it was so cold the cheese was congealed and the thin crust wasn't crispy. Called on 9/9/21 to report it, was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. Heard nothing. Called to follow up on 9/21 and was told my concern would be escalated and I would be contacted within 48 hours. Heard nothing.
