At 5:30p on 4/18/25, I called my local Papa John’s Pizza place because my delivery was missing a 2-liter Pepsi. After the manager refused to fulfill my complete order, he hung up the phone on me. This is the Papa John’s located at 11601 US Highway 290, UNIT B 100, Austin, TX 78737.
The conversation went as follows, verbatim: Me: “Hi. I just received my order by delivery and it’s missing the 2-liter Pepsi. Manager: “What’s your name” Me: [Name] Manager: (waits 15 seconds) Would you like a refund? Me: I’d actually like the Pepsi delivered Manager: I can’t just deliver a Pepsi. Me: This is the third time my order has arrived without the drink. Can you help me out? Manager: Well, just don’t order from here anymore. Me: What? Can I speak to the manager? Manager: I am the Manager. Me: Really? The manager is telling me not to order from this loca-“ and then he abruptly hangs up.
I was astonished. Papa John’s is the only pizza chain that delivers to our neighborhood. I have spent so much money at Papa John’s over the years, for birthday parties, events, etc. Never again.

I doubt any one knows to run thsi place after waiting 1hor for the order when frustrated you call them they say that the material not there and we cant deliver the pixxa

Cancelled my ordered after 1.5 delivery delay! Said they were shutting the store down as they don’t have enough supplies. Did you not anticipate this would be your busiest night! If you are the owner of this franchise you need to get it together. Pretty pitiful.

Once again the drinks were missing from my order. I’ve tried multiple times to order from here due to Papa John’s is the only pizza delivery for my neighborhood, but I will start driving to Dominos. I’ve also tried to call several times to get a refund, but no one will answer the phone. Looking at the other one Star reviews, I assume writing this review is a waste of time but want to save others the frustration of ordering from them.

If I could rate zero I would. Place an order online and can’t cancel. Ridiculous. Call the store no one answers. Papa John’s you need a reevaluate your customer service. Basically fraudulent charge now that I can’t get through, no update on my order and THREE HOURS later. Do NOT order from them.

Usually I don’t have issues with this papa John’s but today (12/6/24) the workers were extremely rude, unprofessional and did not do the bare minimum of their jobs. I first ordered delivery and the door dash guy said it was delivered but was not. I called the store and the manager was so rude and hung up on me. I still wanted my lunch so I ordered another time via curbside. I pulled up to the only open spot and followed directions to get it. The woman glared at me and dropped it off without a word. I opened the box and my dipping sauce was not included. I called the number again and she was annoyed, rude then hung up. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been going to this store for months and never have an issue. Whoever this new worker is, should be fired.
Don't bother unless you've got an afternoon set aside to try and get your entire order. It took over 2 hours to get one pizza, one side, and one 2-liter. They left out the drink at first, then it took over an hour just to get that. And since I used the app and tipped ahead of time, the driver still even got a fat tip for this kinda service, too. So that's awesome.

I don’t know why i continue to order from here. Waited one hour for pizza. Employee said they were understaffed but Papa Tracker apparently had no idea. Sketchy. Overall it’s pizza and PapaJohns. No culinary marvel.

My husband has always been a fan of Papa John's and their delicious pizza. However, I've had to deduct one star because of recent issues with their delivery service. Since they started using DoorDash for deliveries, we've experienced several problems with getting our pizzas on time. Unfortunately, on a few occasions, our pizzas have arrived cold. Additionally, one time the driver left the pizza on the porch without ringing the bell, so who knows how long it had been sitting there before we noticed it. Despite these delivery issues we will continue to order pizza from this location. I hope Papa John's can resolve these problems soon.

The manager tonight with the dyed pink hair was awesome. She helped me out every time I saw her and she made sure everything was good an on time. If I ever have to come to Papa John’s I hope to see her!
