Usually I don’t have issues with this papa John’s but today (12/6/24) the workers were extremely rude, unprofessional and did not do the bare minimum of their jobs. I first ordered delivery and the door dash guy said it was delivered but was not. I called the store and the manager was so rude and hung up on me. I still wanted my lunch so I ordered another time via curbside. I pulled up to the only open spot and followed directions to get it. The woman glared at me and dropped it off without a word. I opened the box and my dipping sauce was not included. I called the number again and she was annoyed, rude then hung up. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been going to this store for months and never have an issue. Whoever this new worker is, should be fired.

Don't bother unless you've got an afternoon set aside to try and get your entire order. It took over 2 hours to get one pizza, one side, and one 2-liter. They left out the drink at first, then it took over an hour just to get that. And since I used the app and tipped ahead of time, the driver still even got a fat tip for this kinda service, too. So that's awesome.

I don’t know why i continue to order from here. Waited one hour for pizza. Employee said they were understaffed but Papa Tracker apparently had no idea. Sketchy. Overall it’s pizza and PapaJohns. No culinary marvel.

My husband has always been a fan of Papa John's and their delicious pizza. However, I've had to deduct one star because of recent issues with their delivery service. Since they started using DoorDash for deliveries, we've experienced several problems with getting our pizzas on time. Unfortunately, on a few occasions, our pizzas have arrived cold. Additionally, one time the driver left the pizza on the porch without ringing the bell, so who knows how long it had been sitting there before we noticed it. Despite these delivery issues we will continue to order pizza from this location. I hope Papa John's can resolve these problems soon.

i wanted to shout out to Katy, who is always so beyond wonderful!! she’s a very dedicated, hard-worker, which is hard to find these days. it’s obvious that she always makes sure she does her job to the very best of her abilities (even when they’re super short staffed, completely swamped and have no AC in the store!) it’s always a pleasure to go in and see her!! she’s a gem!! i wanted to add Ned as well, he’s also always so kind, and an equally dedicated and hard-worker!! love them!!

This location needs to be shut down! If you order delivery you’ll never get it. I placed my order at 3:40 it’s not 5:34 I have yet to get our order. I called at 4:57 Katie said manger say order on the way 5:10 same thing and 5:22 I live less than a 10 minutes drive from. I normally pick up my order because of this reason but I don’t have my car. Every time I order DoorDash it comes late and cold. Today they also didn’t follow my order instructions. The PJ’s by my old home was heaven compared to this location.
