i wanted to shout out to Katy, who is always so beyond wonderful!! she’s a very dedicated, hard-worker, which is hard to find these days. it’s obvious that she always makes sure she does her job to the very best of her abilities (even when they’re super short staffed, completely swamped and have no AC in the store!) it’s always a pleasure to go in and see her!! she’s a gem!! i wanted to add Ned as well, he’s also always so kind, and an equally dedicated and hard-worker!! love them!!

This location needs to be shut down! If you order delivery you’ll never get it. I placed my order at 3:40 it’s not 5:34 I have yet to get our order. I called at 4:57 Katie said manger say order on the way 5:10 same thing and 5:22 I live less than a 10 minutes drive from. I normally pick up my order because of this reason but I don’t have my car. If I could leave a ZERO star I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Horrible service and cold pizza after 1.5 hours. Goes back YEARS of this. Thought I would try again because they have a “new” owner now. Same terrible service. Go some where else. This place has been like this and won’t change.

Last night, I ordered my first pizza with Papa John’s at this location. As a contracted delivery person, i found the experience to be smooth and efficient, from placing the order to pickup and delivery of a hot, delicious meal. With Katie manning the desk, and the crew working furiously around her to complete the orders of a packed house, I was surprised she still managed to cheerfully suggest a discount of the night, saving my customer money, and making me look good, as well!. When I arrived to pickup my order, the place was packed, but the crew worked quickly and efficiently, and I was quickly on my way. From phone-in order to checkout and delivery, the experience was a pleasure.Keep up the good work, y’all!

I’m an over the road driver passing through. Pull up at 9:45 walk in and thin white lady says I already cleaned up for take out customers . I ask , you can’t make me a pizza , she says I’m already cleaned up. Looking at your reviews and I didn’t even read them just seen your low rating but whoever you are ( owner ) may need to rethink your staff their losing you money based o. Their own conveniences , not a good practice by an hourly customer. Business owner to business owner wisdom .

I’ve lived in the area for a few years now and this is the best Papa Johns location I’ve had pizza from in Texas. Management is responsive, my pizza is always hot and the quality is usually high! Edit after looking at other reviews:this is a very busy location (rightfully so) order ahead of time or pick it up!

The thing about this location is that they don't use company drivers. I forget this point every six months. You consistently get cold pizza delivered by drivers who don't even bother to ring the doorbell. I'm sure the quality of the pizza is fine if you go pick it up, but last time i complained, management told me to just swing by and get a coupon without even asking my name. I tipped the driver 25% and still got a really cold pizza. If management cared, they would change the delivery structure, but people like me forget, and 6 months later we make the same mistake.
