Great experience with Chef Homero and Isaac. They make a beautiful dish that tastes amazing as well. The portions are very generous. We had great communication before the event. Very unique experience, our 120 guests were extremely happy.
We were invited to a party where Homero was preparing paella. We are long time lovers of paella. This seafood paella was very authentic, and the flavor profiles were perfect!!! Homero did a wonderful job “explaining paella” to the folks that were not familiar with it and its origin. I would give Homero 6-Stars if I could! Great food, great proprietor.
Had the absolute pleasure of meeting and enjoying Homero's outstanding paella. Very tasty, redolent with shrimp, mussels and calamari. HOMERO was masterful in his technique and presentation. Really a very unique event for a birthday or any event.??
