We’ve never gone to this food park cause it didn’t seem like their’d be anything vegan and shining in it was papis!! The workers were really friendly it came on cute trays and it was good.

Papi's is probably the best sandwich in Austin right now. They used to be down the street and they moved into one of the best food truck parks in town... great tacos, great BBQ, and now great deli sandwiches. Just look at the photo of my sandwich if you want to be convinced.

What a delicious vegan sandwich!!! We got the tofu sandwich. It’s loaded with tofu, lettuce, avocado and my favourite part, the pickled onions. It came with a vinaigrette which pairs really well with the sandwich.The bread was perfect for a sandwich like this. It’s not too soft so it doesn’t get soggy but it’s not too chewy or hard that it cuts up your mouth.I’ll definitely be ordering again!

As someone who's a huge sub snob, Papi's has hit the mark.I love me a food truck, as most of my meals come from them but I've never been so impressed by how I'm served at a food truck. Papi's serves you your sandwich, chips and drink on a wooden tray. Sure, it's a small part of it but it really enhanced the experience.I got the Original Italian and really loved how much lettuce they put on my sandwich, it gave a cold crunch. The bread was a wonderful texture and overall, I was incredibly impressed.Additionally, everyone was so nice on the truck. Can't wait to come back to see them.

AMAZING subs!!!! Ordered online and picked up at the truck -- super kind and friendly staff and the roast beef sandwich. Wow. Life changing. It was so delicious, so fresh, so HUGE! And the oil and vinegar mix they added on the side took it over the top in the best way. I can't wait to come back and try some other sandwiches. Ample parking next door or in the street and plenty of tables in the shade!!

NOTE: as of 10/27 they do NOT have gluten friendly or gluten free wraps anymore. When did you guys stop offering them? The employee argued non stop with us that you never had them?S roast beef! For anyone gluten free, they do have a gluten friendly wrap (delicious) and a gluten free wrap (haven't tried it). I've been searching for my favorite lunch In Austin. This might be it. The dog likes the treats also.
