They grilled on-site so everything was fresh and tasted amazing! I had several guests tell me the staff and bartenders were phenomenal and the buffet line didn’t take long at all! Professional, extremely thorough, always smiling, and always pouring the best drinks. Pappas catered my wedding and we got SO MANY compliments on how wonderful they were and how good the food was. They served our guests quickly and efficiently, cut our cake and served it, and cleaned up quickly as well. Lauren H. was top notch! She helped us with our tasting, answered all of our questions and was never pushy. I had a set list of drinks and specific cup for each for the bar to serve. She set up the info and it was executed flawlessly! 100% recommend!
