Food was good as always. The service here has gone down hill. We were a party of 6 and they tried to seat us in a booth that only really fits 4. They then told us they could not push tables together to accommodate us as it was against policy. Eventually the manager did push some tables together and while we were there we watched several other parties have their tables pushed together. Not sure why they felt the need to lie about this policy. Our server was absent most of the time and did not seem to be sober. I never got offered to have my drink refilled or order more alcohol. I was waiting to pay you guys more money for alcohol and your service staff never even gave me the chance to do so. This is a real shame as my family has been coming here for over 20 years and this is the first time I felt I was treated poorly.

The food was amazing as always! The service has gone down hill. We have eaten here since it opened over 30 years ago. I never received water. The plates were never cleared from our table. When the manager walked by to see how we enjoyed our meal and it was obvious that we were done eating she didn’t even offer to take any plates. Please please bring back good customer service and common courtesy.

Dining experience was OK server forgot to bring us queso, but I let that go however, after I paid, she decided to keep my credit card obviously, I know she did not mean to do that however, I called the restaurant immediately after I left knowing that she didn’t give me back the card after I got into my car realizing I didn’t have it. They put me on hold for 20 minutes kept getting back on the line saying that the manager was looking for it. Put me back on hold. I had to finally go up to the restaurant where I had to wait another 20 minutes for the manager to basically laugh in my face bringing my car to me, saying they were sorry they put it in an unsafe spot.. No apologies. The manager is a jerk who doesn’t care about the patrons and doesn’t care that his servers are careless. He didn’t even offer me a mail for everything that he put me and my children through. I would suggest if you go to this location make sure you get your credit card when you leave or otherwise they will keep it and put it in an unsafe spot. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank because the way the whole situation was handled is pretty disgusting to me and to laugh at patrons when you or your servers have made a mistake is disgusting!

The manager is horrible! The waitress took my card and when I tried to get it back they laughed in my face and attempted to keep it. They had no intention of calling me back to say I left my card, food was horrible.

45 min wait after told 20min. Services took 20min to get water and drink orders. Took asking 3 different people to get chips for our queso. Had to get up to get my own tortillas. Oh, and got the order wrong, so we ate whatever they bought out. Talk to the manager, Meagan, who wears spanks to work? While all other employees are in uniform attire. She snobbishly told me sorry we are understaffed. We'll maybe you shouldn't be hiding in the back and make sure people get the food and service they went there for. Papas restaurants are tuning into ghetto subpar eateries. That was not the dining experience I paid for due to incompetent management. In no way does this fall on our server, and she was tipped well. This is a management and papas problem. I have never had that poor of an experience at was is supposed to be a nice restaurant.

The food here always taste delicious, especially the beef fajita and house made flour tortillas. The only gripe I have is the cocktails are too expensive for the amount of liquor(or lack of liquor)they put in these drinks. For that reason I only purchase one and only one.

You don't get any food for what you spend I got fajitas for two and it made 4 tacos with 3 cut's of meat in them no butter no cheese them are extra cost if you are going to sale shit for 50.00 bucks for two GIVE THEM SOME FOOD it not like the old days there I will not go back there I will go to Enchiladas E Mas on Anderson Lane they will smoke Pappasito's . P S no wonder it was dead that night .

Nachos looked and tasted like they were 2 days old. Drinks took 35 to 50 minutes. Drinks ice had melted. The main course food was cold. Bad day for the cooks and waiters or bad day for me.....waiter spilled food on the table, picked up with his hands, and still served it. Wrong plates to the wrong customers. Me & a friend chose to dine here FRIDAY night which was 1/31/2025 -I had never been there before, so I was definitely expecting a good outcome maybe; instead we get there & it was TOTALLY all over the place, the waitress we had kept running off, she got our drink order WRONG, when my friend ordered his food she didn’t bother to ask HOW he wanted his meat prepared, none of that. So we decided to get up & leave. Im still very disappointed being that; ive never been there before & that I didn’t even get to experience the food. So 1 star for me.
