The suadero and tingo de pollo tacos were fantastic. Best tacos I’ve ever had!
First time trying tacos in Austin, and I'm very satisfied!
The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and the tacos were very good! Would come back again.
Only 3 star for atmosphere because it's hot around the area and no ac!
Some of the best tacos in Austin hands down. Still on my mind hours after enjoying.
Visiting from San Diego and WOW these were the best tacos we’ve ever had.
Coming from a city with top-tier tacos right next to the border, our standards are very high but Paprika blew us away. We got Al Pastor and Suadero. The tortillas are the freshest most flavorful we’ve had too. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. An absolute gem in Austin… we’ll be dreaming about these tacos long after we leave!
One of the most delicious tacos I’ve had in Austin. The tacos are delicious, the service is top notch. The sauce, just wow. I never thought I could eat 7 tacos in one sitting but I did and do not regret it.
Delicious food! Super nice people.
Absurdly good tacos. The pastor is only on Saturdays and it’s unreal, best of its kind in Austin hands down.
It was closed and looked closed for good. FYI, Google said it should be open, and we drove 60 miles to try it.

The tacos are SO GOOD. And the staff are always so friendly, I like that they also have outdoor seating. Definitely check this place out!

Dropped by for some tacos. Saw the reviews and were good. We had to take them back to the hotel because they were closing shop. Tacos were delicious. Red sauce has some heat and kick. Don’t know if the gentleman I ordered from was the owner or not, but he was very friendly and nice. Suggested for us to come back next day Saturday because their tacos pastor is their specialty. Give this place a try if you’re in the area.

We enjoyed the tacos were ordered here, and thought the service was friendly and prompt. The tortilla shells and salsa were really good. The meat filling was decent, but you kind of need the cheese addition to make them savory enough. I thought the card tables were cute (the patterns on top were fun), but they aren't solid/hard, so we had to hold our coke while trying to eat the tacos, because the light wind was making the table and coke bottle wobble. The tables definitely need a hard top on them, since it was annoying to have to hold your beverage while trying to eat the taco at the same time (the ground was a rough gravel texture, so we couldn't set the coke on the ground either).

These are the best tacos in ATX. The fact that they didn’t get a recommend or bib in the 2024 Michelin Guide is basically a crime. Go here. You won’t regret it.

Paprika Tacos is easily one of my top three taco places in Austin. I had the carnitas and suadero quesitacos, both absolutely incredible with flavors that are rich and bold. The tortillas have a slight crispness on the outside, adding a satisfying texture and a unique flavor of popcorn or corn chips.
Inside, the oil-drenched meat is so tender and juicy you can’t help devouring the rest of it even if it burns your mouth.
They have an area with adorable table cloths and comfortable seating in place of the typical worn wooden benches at other spots. Plus, the folks running the truck are incredibly friendly, making this place feels more like home than a food truck. Al Pastor is only available on Saturdays so I’ll definitely be back to try it. Overall, this food truck is a must-try for anyone who loves a good taco.

Came here on a whim for lunch and am so glad I did so!
Staff is very friendly, helpful, and whip out orders with lightning speed.
Fresh agua fresca, everything is made from scratch, and the tortillas taste phenomenal and aren’t simply a vehicle for meat and cheese.
Minimal seating/shade, but the food and drinks were well worth it!

At Paprika, where the world slows down,
Tacos whisper, no need for a crown.
Saturday’s al pastor, my secret affair,
Wrapped in warmth, spiced with care.
I sit in my car, under the stars,
Where once the truck hummed, and joy wasn’t far.
Each bite a memory, bold and bright,
A dance of flavors, a perfect night.
Now the lot is silent, window locked tight,
But I wait, heart hopeful in the still moonlight.
Paprika, come back—my soul’s delight.
