waited at the cake display for any of the 3 people behind the counter to address me for 3-5 min. instead they answered the phone to take a cake order while a lady that got there after me knew to stand at the register instead of right in front of the cakes, which i assumed it would be a specialty item and not a normal check out. but instead both the phone and lady got there later received priority while i was told i should have been at the register to wait, even though there was no line or anything before i got there. Except for the girl at the register finishing a check out, which she proceeded to drop a pastery that was in the plastic bag on the floor then just give it to the lady since she didn’t see. Mean it’s in a plastic bag but i don’t know. i just ended up leaving

ALL the baked goods here are delicious! I especially love their croissants and cronuts. Their cakes are next level and I bring them to every special event! I recommend their blueberry yogurt cake and their tiramisu cake!

Great bakery with a warm, cozy atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the fresh bread, and everything looks inviting. The pastries were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients-not overly sweet and very well balanced.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the space was clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy your food. Highly recommended!

I stopped by after hearing a lot of good things about this place, and it ended up being better than I expected. Most of the bread is made with pre-made dough, but you can tell they really put care into it because everything tasted great. The bread had a nice texture and clean flavors, and it was just really enjoyable to eat. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back again.

Been here 4 times. Staff and upkeep are what make this place a no go. 1st staff issue was with an Indian dude who was just absolutely rude not just to me but the other patrons and staff. 2nd staff incident was with a young Caucasian lady because I decided to tip less than the standard amounts( I was buying takeaway, like what more do you guys expect as a tip I am still giving something but dont feel the need to pay 18% when you are literally just doing your job) she literally stop bagging the items midway when she saw the tip amount. The other feedback is on the general upkeep of the store, its always messy. Pricing is also pretty high for a chain that is not scratch baking. Leadership and training will set the tone for how your staff treats the very same people who keep your business alive. Do better!

If you’ve ever been to a Tous Les Jours or 85°C Bakery it has that same vibe and same process of picking out your own pastries as you go. They also had a really beautiful case of cakes and other things to buy or order ahead.

The food is fantastic, I usually find myself taking home seconds or even thirds just to share with my folks. By far my favorite bites to get are the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake (I included a picture that they decorated for my birthday) which is PHENOMENAL, the Caprese Baguette is a personal favorite of mine (and how I found that it is so much more delicious toasted per the chefs recommendation) topped off with a refreshing and tasty Peach Iced Tea is perfect year round.
The service is down right michelin from my experience. The workers are always on their toes ready to assist you with recommendations or even grabbing bites for you! The place is always spotless which I find most places have trouble with, especially bakeries, but somehow they manage the keep the place perfect at all times.
The atmosphere was fantastic as well! Considering its right next to the community college, you'd expect it to be crowded and noisy, but its actually a fantastic place for students to grab a bite, sit down, and study or socialize. The owner and their daughter were fantastic people that made me feel like family with what little time I spent there, they even brought my sick grandmother a pastry on the house when we visited which warmed her heart (I believed it cured her with how she acted the rest of the day)
Overrall this place is a dream come true. A nice little coffee/pastry shop right outside of downtown couldn't be more of what I was looking for, and considering the price, I find myself making the time to drive the extra 20 minutes just to grab a coffee or maybe even a sweet or savory bite.

There was nothing special about anything that I ordered from this place. I was so very disappointed. Even with the discounts through Uber, it was very pricey for what I received. Sandwiches were mediocre at best and the raspberry mini French roll cake was a joke. I think a Twinkie was bigger than that little cake for over $8. Are you freaking kidding me? Just wanted to celebrate my birthday by getting myself something special. It wasn't so special after all. This place is just another high-end Starbucks!
