The drinks have nothing to do with what you see in the image, they gave me a drink that tasted horrible!!

If I could, I would put 0 stars. The customer service I experienced was absolutely horrendous. The manager was immediately defensive when I called to report that there were multiple small hairs found in the chocolate chiffon cake. She continued to say they never had this problem with the cakes. Me as the customer, honestly couldn’t care less if it has happened before or not. I just know it happened with me and I want it resolved. Also I said I was disappointed because I drive 30 mins+ to this bakery, we also purchased a cake last year and her immediate response was “no one asked you to drive 30 minutes” like what??
Horrible way to run a business. She said there is absolutely nothing she can do, not a thing u unless there is proof. And I very honestly told her that hey, I didn’t stop in the middle of my event to take photos with multiple guests over. Is it hard to create a fake photo with hair? No it is not, could I do it and post or send it to her? Also yes, but telling the truth that hey I’m sorry I was too busy in my event to click a photo doesn’t get you anywhere.
I hardly ever post reviews but this experience “took the cake”. I work hard and if I went out of the way to treat myself to something nice, I expect it to be worth my money. I will be disputing the cost of this purchase with my credit card company. Which I wouldn’t have done if the manager had showed any form of respect to her customers.
I have some cake left over and I’ll rummage thru it, if I find more hairs I’ll definitely will be posting that here as well.

Update: PB responded to my review asking me to email them. I did and I haven't heard back from them in months :/
Rude staff. I've been here twice and both times the cashiers have been sharp and unpleasant. Food is great, but the service ruins it.

Very disappointed with the recent order. Placed a catering order online (called to place the order via phone but they asked to place it online) two days before as they instructed. When we get there to pick up they said that only half of the order was ready and said they did not receive the other half of the order because of a strange reason, but they received my full payment and never bothered to ask why I have paid so much for only one order. I was left with one food item less for the birthday party of my son. Not reliable.
I dont like when a group of people get advantage of someone else, specially of young people.
Tonight I saw this couple being really rude with one of the staff girls, the girl just told them that a section was closed (Which it was pretty obvious) but they refused to switch to a different table because “They’re paying for a service” if you think that buying a $5 dollar coffee it’s gonna make you pay everyone’s bills, you don’t know a think about life
The guy started harassing this orange hair girl, following her and yelling that “She owns him a good service and thanks to him the business was open” never saw someone this disrespectful and selfish hopefully they never come back, this business doesn’t need those type of costumers

I am usually never write negative review about businesses. This experience was exceptionally bad. Me and my wife arrived here at 7 PM. The shop closes at 9 PM. Carolyn (orange hair) was extremely rude. She came over to our table and told us to move because the section was closed. She put half the shops chair up and all the “open” table were taken hence we had no where to sit. When I refused to move she told me I am being “immature and not fair”.
Carolyn, please don’t tell customer what to do. They are the ones buying the products from the shop. You are there to serve the customer. Terrible customer service won’t be coming here again

I love the food but why is my food always burnt? This is the 2nd day in a row that my croissant bacon egg and cheese is burnt. Please stop doing that.

They just forgot our coffee order, told us in our face it was being prepared and after 25 mins, when confronted again, acknowledged that they just forgot our order. Made us wait 40 mins for 2 cups of coffee. Terrible staff. Its a shame because their bakery stuff is really good. Won't be visiting in person anymore unfortunately.

I've come here twice and each time I am treated as an inconvenience. There was a blue-haired worker who watched me come in and didn't provide service until about five minutes passed and I said "excuse me" to which they sighed, looked at another colleague and unwillingly took my order. Today (2/19), I waited in line, making eye contact several times with a lighter skinned worker, there was another worker who continuously ignored me. After a couple minutes, the lighter skinned woman rolled her eyes and asked "what can I get you?" No greeting, I understand the service industry isn't glitz and glam, but I do have the expectation of being treated decently. Both times the cafe wasn't busy, maybe 2 or 3 patrons already seated with their items. Incredibly disappointed by the customer service at this location, hope there will be more effort towards customer relations.

I've been to dozens of Paris Baguette from California to Virginia, and this is the absolute worst PB period. Not only are the selection few and far between, the concept of sanitation is also lacking. The checkout person wore a glove but used that gloved hand to touch the screens and then proceeded to grab the fresh pastries with said gloves instead of the SOP of using the tongue to put the bread into the bag. When confronted not only did this person get defensive and rather than correcting the unsanitary procedure, states that the screens were "cleaned". OK, but I don't know who else touched those screens, and certainly breaking protocol of using the tongue to put the pastries into the bag is completely unacceptable.

I do not by any means recommend coming here.
They reuse stale ingredients for sandwiches which I’m pretty sure is illegal, I also found a hair in my mango cream brioche bun ( and it was definitely the restaurant’s because it was baked into the bread).
Also search the internet for Paris Baguette recent lawsuits regarding worker endangerment and racist employee discrimination both in Korea and in the US as other commentators have mentioned.
Without going too much into detail, from what my friend has showed me and told me, things are not much different at this location regarding it’s very toxic culture and how employees are subjected to mistreatment and abuse.
Be vigilant when ordering your food and cautious if you are considering applying to work here.

I love Paris Baguette but this location is not it. They have gnats and bugs flying around. They’re even inside the containers holding the pastries.

I ordered from UberEats. The pastries are good but the hot chocolate and the mocha are absolutely terrible. You can taste that they use instant hot chocolate powder in both instead of a legitimate syrup or sauce despite advertising that they use a sauce for those two drinks. I never expected to get instant quality from a nice bakery and was surprised enough that I had to leave a review about it.
