Let's start with the delivery, or lack thereof. Every time I place an order, it's like playing Russian roulette with my caffeine fix. Will it arrive on time? Will it arrive at all? Who knows! It's like they have a special talent for consistently missing the mark.I've had it up to here with Parks. Honestly, I don't know how they're still in business. If you're looking for frustration in a cup, congratulations, you've found your supplier.

Parks provides a seemingly basic service with average at best coffee. I have utilized them for coffee within my business, but I had to call out their perpetual bad business practices. I have now on multiple occasions been over billed, double billed and misleadingly billed for services that were not asked for. The frequency of the billing errors makes me believe that this business intentionally over-bills their business customers in hope that no one actually reviews their invoices. Its fraudulent and I do hope that all of their customers take the time to review their invoices to make sure you have not overpaid and if you are a prospective customer, you are better off finding a different coffee solution. It will save you from the litany of headaches this company has caused me

We constantly run out of coffee and it is a massive hassle to get more brought out. The orders are always getting messed up. Last time we ended up with lots of decaf and we don't drink decaf. Prices are way to high as well.

The sales rep just walked right into our office and pitching while im in the middle of work which was very offputting.

THIS IS NOT A COFFEE SHOP ? They only have one actual coffee shop in Texas. The business should really clarify and update the title, landing page, and Google search because it’s very misleading, especially to the visitors. Why do you have more corporate offices than actual execution coffee shops? Weird ?

We tried to pull into a handicapped parking spot and the delivery driver parked across multiple spaces including the handicapped space. We waited 15 minutes. The owner of the place we tried to visit even attempted to contact the company with no luck. Very disappointed in their lack of respect for the handicapped.
