Terribly slow. Many people around us waited for 30 minutes without seeing a waiter. Unfortunately we had already ordered. After 40 minutes a kale salad and a dry chicken burger arrived.

Avoid! Worst experience I've had at ABIA. I came here looking for a quick bite having had their brunch before. It's seat yourself so I noticed a bunch of chairs were folded up, meaning the section was closed, so I sat myself in the more crowded area where a chair and table were free. After about 15 min of waiting for service to ask about vegetarian options, the bartender yelled at me from the bar that I wasn't allowed to sit at the table. I told her the chair wasn't folded but she didn't believe me. Then she told me they don't have vegetarian options (wouldn't even consider the possibility of a salad without meat). Terrible experience, I will never dine here again! Went to 24Diner nearby and got a better meal with better service and food!
UPDATE: I see someone being served at the table I was told to leave. What is wrong with this establishment?!

Airport joint serving overpriced and under quality airport grub on the Concourse in bad need of renovation and overcome by kitchen exhaust fumes.

The food is terrible. The $20 Cesar salad is the worst salad I have ever eaten. Do better airport. Yikes.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Waited 45 minutes. Food never came. Server never asked if I needed another drink or anything else. No explanation or apology from the staff or any effort to expedite it to go, just a “cool, thanks”. Avoid this place.

New management and it shows. Great service, excellent drinks. Shared a charcuterie which was ample for two. Will definitely come again!

After all we are at the airport. I ordered farm salad and crab cake for protein. I had to send compliment to sheff. Salad is so fresh and colorful, house made dressing sooo good! Crab cake cooked to perfection. Waiter is so attentive, not annoying. I have had ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐ experience on the road. No photos I eat it all!!!

It is a seat yourself resturant. So I sat down waited to be greeted, finally someone comes and says another waiter claimed your table. Even though I had never been greeted. She insisted I order for myself on the app. So I do, the someone behind my head placed down my plate and then as I try to ask for condiments they are gone. Everyone ignores me as I try to get assistance so I finally call for help. I finally stop someone and she brings me ranch and leaves again. Everyone around me got assisted, "hey babe do you need another round", "Oh I gotcha babe, one sec." Meanwhile I still can't get help. No one ever comes, so I cash out on the app. Food wise, that was also awful. Dirty plates all around, I left to get a water because I could never get a refill, ten minutes later my plate still sat on the table. I saw a manager or someone come clear tables and clean up the waiter stations but that was about it. Literally have no clue what more I could have done for service, and I asked the waitress I could find, did I really not have a waitress or what happened. Her excuse was. Someone else claimed your table and that just happens. No one could ring me up or help me. Poor excuse.

Noisy. Not enough staff. “Borrowed” our salt and pepper. NO Shiner! Menus were grimy.

Should have taken pictures, but the food here is just lame. My wife got the avocado toast and it looked like the "liquefied" avacodo was brushed on with a small paint brush. A very light coating of green paste topped with arugula and lightly sprinkled with cucumbers.
I got the migas fries and I thought it would have at least one scrambled egg. I think they get about 8 servings per egg.
I remember this place was not great from eating here before, but they are really trying to lower the bar for airport food if that is possible.

The food was terrible and very very OVERPRICED and very late getting to us. Service was terrible
$122.00 for 3 salads and 1 drink which they charged 22.00 for was outrageous

Tried to sit down at a high table. A waiter chased me off saying I needed to "see the hostess first". There was no hostess in sight and the waiter was completely unconcerned with whether I stayed or left, so I left.
