I grabbed a quick meal before my flight, and the fries were really good. They were seasoned perfectly. I took my food to go, and my waitress was nice; I have no complaints.

Absolute joke of service today. Lady told us the section was closed because she was the only server, totally get it but her section had no space for a family of 4 and the table we sat at was 5 feet from her section. Sounds like pure laziness to me. Wouldn’t want her to strain herself. Ha!

I honestly don't expect food at an airport to be good, but one can hope. We sat at the bar and had great service. Unfortunately, the food is fair at best. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and it was supposed to come with Aioli. It didn't and it sure could have used it. The chicken was very dry and tasteless. There was barely any avocado, which I thought would be slices, but it was a smear of some mashed avocado. The french fries were good, so there's that. Think about trying somewhere else in the airport. This was just extra disappointing.

Very unprofessional/rude staff, will not even try to eat here again

Terribly slow. Many people around us waited for 30 minutes without seeing a waiter. Unfortunately we had already ordered. After 40 minutes a kale salad and a dry chicken burger arrived.

Avoid! Worst experience I've had at ABIA. I came here looking for a quick bite having had their brunch before. It's seat yourself so I noticed a bunch of chairs were folded up, meaning the section was closed, so I sat myself in the more crowded area where a chair and table were free. After about 15 min of waiting for service to ask about vegetarian options, the bartender yelled at me from the bar that I wasn't allowed to sit at the table. I told her the chair wasn't folded but she didn't believe me. Then she told me they don't have vegetarian options (wouldn't even consider the possibility of a salad without meat). Terrible experience, I will never dine here again! Went to 24Diner nearby and got a better meal with better service and food!

UPDATE: I see someone being served at the table I was told to leave. What is wrong with this establishment?!

Airport joint serving overpriced and under quality airport grub on the Concourse in bad need of renovation and overcome by kitchen exhaust fumes.

The food is terrible. The $20 Cesar salad is the worst salad I have ever eaten. Do better airport. Yikes.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Waited 45 minutes. Food never came. Server never asked if I needed another drink or anything else. No explanation or apology from the staff or any effort to expedite it to go, just a “cool, thanks”. Avoid this place.

New management and it shows. Great service, excellent drinks. Shared a charcuterie which was ample for two. Will definitely come again!
