My god I usually give airport restaurants some leeway but just couldn’t with this one. I ordered only a cauliflower and steak bowl as my meal and it took 45 minutes to get after I waited 25 just to get a cup of water. Then the food itself which was $25 was some of the worst food I’ve had. Basically unseasoned, cauliflower undercooked yet steak is completely cooked thru with absolutely no flavor. Just so bad.

Wanted to catch breakfast before an early flight out of AUS. Ordered eggs sunny side up but plenty of egg white uncooked. No toast or hash browns but rather overly seasoned garlic fries and 2 strips of slightly under cooked bacon. Ran out of silverware so they gave us plastic forks which broke easily. As another reviewer stated, management really needs to improve on what should be a pretty easy meal to serve. Ended up walking down to one of the grab and go places instead.

Disappointing. Cool joint with slow service. I think our burger and fries would have been delicious, if we had received it when it was hot. I would have more compassion for servers if they were walking and checking tables, rather than socializing at the bar.

Almost $20 for a piece of toast, some tomatoes and spinach literally thrown on top. A bus boy could do a better job making this appealing.
Who is running the kitchen? Who is the owner? Obviously an absentee that has no idea what they’re doing. Look at your reviews. Sheesh

Hostess is extremely rude. Open seating everywhere yet took forever to seat us. Other staff walking around aimlessly. I guess there’s no proper management on duty.

This place is a mess. Not only is it over priced, food is subpar, customer service is worse. There is no one here but some how works are still here but don’t respond and it is a crime if you call them over if need something like the bill.
One lady is going the most who is supposed to be a bartender but some how everything.
There is so many other better options at the airport.

Julio is the best bartender in Austin hands down. What a cool guy and just all around experienced and a real bartender. Guys a gem. Other then that, cool terminal bar and nice selection of beers
Not only my was the food subpar (which is expected) and the beer warm; but we were told to move because the table was reserved..really?? At the airport?? Okay we moved.. 30 mins later a DIFFERENT family sat at the table. I asked the waiter is it still reserved or not?? He said he had just seen them;however he didn’t make THEM move!! Wow really??!! Smdh

If you’re scraping the absolute bottom of the barrel for food at Austin airport, this is where you’ll end up. I made the mistake of ordering a salad and instantly regretted it — old, dry iceberg lettuce and hard, flavorless chicken that tasted like it had been sitting out for days. For the prices they charge, it’s practically insulting. With so many better options in the airport, do yourself a favor and walk right past this place. Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. Do not come here.

2 stars for this place. I came for an IPA and a crab cake sandwich which they were out of both…but I can’t say there is a better option. All of the menus at the other restaurants were underwhelming. Come on AUS! Get some good restaurants!
