How about some type of service!? Came in, got ignored, asked hostess to send over server, got ignored for 15 minutes, finally left. App does not match the physical menu. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This location has managed to get away with doing the absolute minimum . My food came out as a premade item missing key ingredients that the server didn't even know came with it . Usually minimum prerequisite knowledge to know what you are serving since you work there . I thought Parkside was a chef driven classy joint back on 6th street back in the good days of Austin . Another example of a stereotypical decline of goods and services in post Covid civilization

The menus are very messy with muddy dirt all over them and they haven't been washed. The service is good the people here are very friendly. For the adults, they have a bar here with all kinds of alcohol. I obviously can't try them because I'm a minor and I'm under 21 so just take my word for it. At the time that I am writing this review, they have run out of their signature Parkside fries which is a shame but maybe the next time I come they will have some. Moving on to the food, I tried their parkside burger and the thing was very greasy to too juicy. And it tasted like a fat burger rather than an Outback burger. So this restaurant gets 2 stars. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because of the service. This restaurant is nothing more than a fast food restaurant and sadly the restaurants that I've been to taste way better than this!

They offered quite a menu but only had about 25% of their menu available. When I asked why they had no fries I was told they had no cooks and no fryer. Many tables were not cleared the floors were covered in trash.

Burger/bar inside Austin airport. Burger lacking in flavor is probably why they only offer cheeseburgers. The burger was cooked correctly. I wanted tomato only and it came with lettuce and onions. Fryer was down so french fries were not available so they offered 3 flavors of potato chips. I wasn’t in a hurry so the slower service was acceptable.

Okay l get it, airport food isn't gonna be amazing, but this wasn't good... we got the honey peach ricotta toast (it's canned peaches), classic breakfast, and avocado toast. I can't say I liked any of them and I'm not a picky person. The fries were good. That being said, the staff were very nice. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

The menu looks nice, but the online order functionality wasn't working. When I finally was able to ask a server for help, they took my order, but then came back and told me that almost all of their menu wasn't actually available. Only the tiny sandwich section was being served. It was 1:00 p.m. so not sure what's going on with this place. Just a big waste of time. Avoid.
