We had a girls trip out in Bee Cave and Pascals delivered THE BEST fajitas and queso directly to our lake house. They were super responsive on email, a really great price, and the food was so good! They showed up a little early and come inside and set up everything for us. I highly recommend Pascals for catering!!

Pascal's helped make our wedding day run so smoothly and the food was great! Barbra was always ready to help with any questions I had and helped set up a staff that was beyond great on our special day! From the chef to the bartenders and catering staff, they all were flawless. Would definitely recommend using Pascal's for your catering needs.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving lunch from Pascal's very much. The green beans, cornbread and mashed potatoes with gravy were delicious. The turkey was cooked perfectly and paired well the the cranberry sauce. We loved the pumpkin pie for dessert. Thank you, Pascal's!

While searching for caterers for our February wedding we saw that Pascal’s had stellar reviews. When a company has 5 stars across the board you expect an amazing experience and Dan Cady and crew delivered. They worked within our budget and provided an amazing brunch for us and our guests, even going as far as providing vegan and gluten free options. Just before the serving started, one of the staff brought my new wife and I a plate with a little bit of everything so we had a chance to chow down before the rush of “Just one quick photo” requests occurred. They even helped with clean-up after the wedding which was totally unexpected and not required of them at all.Judging from the experiences of our friends I would think we lucked out in having an amazing experience with our caterer within a totally reasonable budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pascal’s to anyone. From food sampling to clean-up, Pascal’s was hands-down one of the best parts of an already unforgettable day.

We went with a mexican food theme and they took into consideration every request we made, including those for our vegetarian and vegan guests. Everyone is still talking about how amazing the food was when our wedding comes up in a conversation. Also, their bar staff made incredible mexican martinis and I am just so happy and thankful that Pascal's came through on our big day and made our reception a great success!

To put it simply, if you need a caterer in the Austin area, choose Pascal's. From start to finish, their professionalism, flexibility, and quality of food and service well exceeded our expectations.After our initial inquiry, Dan Cady quickly responded and worked with us to set up a tasting date (you'd be surprised how many caterers never even respond to your inquiries). After our tasting, we knew immediately that Pascal's would cater our wedding. The food, in both its quality and variety, blew us away and their prices were beyond reasonable.Once we signed with them, Dan contacted us periodically to help us finalize our plans as we moved towards the big day. He was always responsive to our questions and was able to provide great insight if we had any trouble making decisions. And when we had trouble figuring out how to set up our venue for the reception, Dan and his crew stepped in and made it happen for us.To say they did a great job the night of our reception is an understatement. They took our (to be fair, already pretty venue) and transformed it into something beautiful that reflected the spirit of our celebration. The food was just as good as at the tasting and there was more than enough for all our guests. Moreover, the service was excellent throughout the evening.I'm naturally a critical person, and I cannot honestly say nothing bad about this company and the great people that make it up. If we ever need catering services in the future, Pascal's will be our first choice.

The BEST wedding food I've ever had! My husband and I were blown away when we had our tasting with Dan and Chef Pascal. Our menu consisted of passed Hors d'oeuvres, followed by family style servings of the Nantucket blue salad, pistachio crusted sea bass, grilled beef tenderloin with parmesan leek mashed potatoes and roasted spring mixed vegetables. Being how we were so pleased with the tasting, we were not surprised at how well everything came out on our wedding day!The day of the wedding the whole crew was gracious and patient as we had some set backs with the wedding timeline. Prior to the wedding Chef Pascal was very involved, friendly and professional... He was open to any menu changes and very flexible with making our dishes lighter without sacrificing taste. Working with Dan was a breeze - he was very attentive, out-going and professional, as well.Thank you, Dan Cady, Chef Pascal and the crew for such an outstanding dinner and exceptional service!
