I stop in here at least once a month for a perfect smash burger, fries, and a pint from St. Elmo. These guys figured out how to perfect the smash burger which is why it's your choice of a single, double, or vegan, fries/onion petals and that's it. Honestly there isnt anything more that they need
Best smashy in Austin and that’s a threat. The onion petals could make you forget about your first born. Plus st Elmo is an awesome brewery that does a lot for the local community good combo here.
The food is great and the pricing to them good as well but my only issue was the fries and the onion petals were way salty I mean don’t get me wrong really good and the battery for the onions was good and the fries I love so much for my first time but they were just too salty In my opinion I’ll give this place a 8.5/10
