My friends and I had a hard time finding it due to looking like a pizzeria, stairwell was scary and needs lights, DJ was not good, but the drinks are good along with the services.

I wanna thank Vince for bringing us in, my wife and I are from out of town visiting our daughter. He got my wife a free drink and He gave us a lot of advice on where to go and what to see while in Austin. we liked how this place isn’t a club like the other “bars”.

I really wanted to like this place, but it was a huge letdown. We stopped by at 10:30 PM on a Sunday and the bar was completely dead — just me, my partner, the bartenders, and a DJ playing to an empty room. To make matters worse, there was a terrible stench coming from the bathrooms that you could smell all the way down the hallway. Super disappointing vibe overall.

My friend lost her camera at this bar, and I immediately went back in to try to find it. The bouncer decided he wasn’t letting anyone in 30 minutes before close. I asked if there was any way he could ask someone to check for a camera, and he rolled his eyes and told me he didn’t think anyone would try to steal a camera. Anyone who’s stepped foot on sixth street knows people steal for fun, and literally nothing is safe. Overall, I understand it’s not the bar’s problem, but the lack of empathy and respect was really frustrating especially because they hadn’t closed yet. I understand that he has a tough job and has to deal with a lot of people, but some compassion would probably do him and this business some good. I’m not sure who wants to go to a bar when the bouncer rolls his eyes and refuses to make eye contact. HOWEVER!! Before this happened, I ordered a drink at the bar, and the bartender was truly wonderful! She was so sweet!!

This place exists for people who don’t have high expectations . Guy barking downstairs pushing to get customers just to stand in front of a bartender who didn’t make eye contact with me for 7 minutes as she struggled to make 6 shots. A moment of eye contact with a “I’ll be right with you” makes a huge difference.

We Laughed, we danced, the adult beverages was mixed just right and was not watered down. And the Men's Restroom smelled like bleach (which is always good in my book). Highly recommend and me and the crew will definitely be back. Had A Blast. +++++
