I really love going to PEI WEI at HanCock center, One of my favorites. The co-workers are very nice. The food is very delicious ? ? ?I don't know how many times I've been to it to eat there.Thank you for keeping the restaurant a family place. And keeping it clean as well.
Food is fine but the place not clean!
Quick and friendly service. When my daughter didn't like the kid meal she ordered, they replaced it with a different meal at no extra charge. Everything was hot and delicious!
Tables were dirty, lady up front was straight up using her phone when I had questions, cant order things on the side unless it's a full meal. Food was alright. Had to get my own utensils.
Great customer service the restaurant was out of beef and shrimp and made adjustments to my order immediately and got me out the restaurant in less than 5 minutes tops with a smile on their face now that's service
Normally I love the food at Pei Wei but this time I was very disappointed. I ordered the veggie orange chicken with no bell peppers with added shrimp and suger snap peas served with white rice. The extras cost $2.50. What I got was plain orange chicken with very little sauce and no veggies served with brown rice. And since I ordered it to go I didn't notice the mistake until I got home.
The food is always delicious! It is a great place to stop in quick for a meal.
Jasmine at the Hancock location was very friendly and helpful when my husband and I went in to pick-up food. Thank you Jasmine for being so patient with us.
Outstanding service and the food was great. Loved the orange chicken.
While waiting at to go register to place an order, someone the person behind the counter knew came in and they were waited on at the dine-in register. I just walked out. I hear it has closed. Can't verify since I have not been here in a while. Shame, it was tasty food at one time.

Good but very expressive for any dish. That any other Chinese restaurant could very much duplicate..the same thing. But a much reasonable price..
I received a gift card so I decided to take my boyfriend who has not been to Pei Wei before. We were surprised at how many choices were on the menu and since we have been in a more healthy eating adventure we were excited to try the cauliflower fried rice.
One of my favorite places but today I was there and one of the first customers in the door. There was not one table top that didn't have something sticky or an unidentifiable smear or crumbs. The floor was pretty horrible too. Can y'all not have closing shift clean before they leave or get there early enough to at least clean the dining area before customers arrive? Thanks. That was a horrible impression.
It stinks because Pei Wei used to be my favorite place to eat, but ever since they changed the recipe of the Sesame Chicken (all new vegetables, not spicy anymore) it's a bummer each time.
This Pei Wei had problems. It closed and all the staff were replaced by new workers. This was an improvement. I like the food and service better now. My only comment would be that the food has thicker breading and that changes the flavor.
