Pei Wei

Good food, but they messed up my order and my sons order. I told the girl at the register and she said she would ask about it then for the next 15mins avoided eye contact with me. Finally after i was aggravated I said ma'am the food? She was like oh... sorry I forgot. That made me MAD! She said she could get them to fix it, but i was already about to leave. I told her forget it. She said she could have a manager comp me and I told her forget it and I left. No point I wont be returning.

This place is dirty, floors sticky & windows filthy. The won tons were barely warm. The entrees were not attractive or flavorful. Over-spiced Dan Dan was horrible. The actual server (Jason T.) was just rude and did not care!! I don't know what has happened to THIS Pei Wei, but we will not be back. If "negative" stars were available, -2 ..at best!!

Horrible service. Order through the online app and arranged for the food to be ready at 7:50. The food arrived at 7:55. The staff forgot my drink and my sauce. I waited for another 10 minutes for the sauce, as the staff continued to act as if I was inconveniencing them. Never apologized during the interaction. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this Pei Wei but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Turns out I shouldn't have. I will not be ordering from this Pei Wei again.

Holy shat. This is one of the dirtiest places I've ever been. Every table top was dirty, the seats and chairs were filthy. I had to wipe down the bench with baby wipes. The bathroom was even worse, there was a literal sticky kind of crust on the stall handle. Then our food came. My husband's quinoa was ice cold, my teriyaki chicken came completely dry. No sauce at all. Also no forks at all. Or lids. Or to-go boxes. The store was dead, there was no reason for it to be that filthy. I've worked in retail and fast food, I'm the first to give someone the benefit of the doubt, but this was just absurd. I love Pei Wei and this was by far the most disappointing trio I've ever had.

Not sure if it was the time of day. We went around 7ish and the sweet and sour soup was really thick. I won't order that again. The Mongolian beef with fried rice was good. Flavor was on point and portion was decent. I really like there chai and vanilla tea. Not sure if it was shift change but the restroom was out of paper towels. Staff was friendly.
