When the image I sent was a bit blurry, the contacted me to get a better one, instead of just pushing out a bad product. Both their phone and email correspondence, was impeccable. The shipping went quickly, and when my father received his bottle, I was told it was packaged securely. Seeing a photo of the finished product, I was very pleased.

The quality of the work is excellent - the finished product is personal, beautiful and professional. However, I would rate the customer service even higher (if that's possible). The attention to detail feels like you are working with your favorite, local shop. My orders always arrived ahead of schedule and when one package was damaged in shipping, Personal Wine immediately replaced and expedited the package.
