The first time we ate here it was mediocre. But everyone deserves a second chance. This time the pho was inedible. I have had better soup broth out of a box bought at the grocery store. The rare meat is not rare it is raw. The steam vegetables were raw. I also got an order of fried egg rolls. Very little filling no flavor and greasy. A total disaster. Save your time and go somewhere decent.

As someone from Melbourne Australia, where there is amazing Pho, I can tell you this is the best I’ve had around Austin!
The food was great, the portions were really good (I was really hungry) and the system is terrific. They have an easy add on menu if want to add extra noodles, meat or vegetables! They also have a self serve bar of cilantro, green onions, onion, jalapeños and 2 different types of chili oil! This is always really good because you go to town on those garnishings!
