This is a favorite of our family! Love the burgers, especially the sweet, toasted sourdough buns that hold everything together. The playground outside as well as the Amy's Ice Cream next door is a nice bonus for my daughter as well. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Phil’s over half my life and have always LOVED it… until today. Today marks 4 years after my brothers celebration of life…I thought what better way to honor him but give my nanny kids a YES day. Cue Introducing them here, where we were met with uncooked grilled cheeses, brioche buns masquerading as sourdough and a manager that tried to speak to me like I am an idiot that doesn’t know the difference😅😂💀 today I choose to let karma handle it all and will let them keep my $50. You can’t make this up folks

We visited Phil’s residence for a family lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, particularly the delectable food. The establishment boasts ample space, and the picnic tables evoke the ambiance of a rustic countryside picnic. For families, there is an exceptional playground conveniently located nearby, ensuring the entertainment of children. We highly recommend this venue due to its exceptional food quality and freshness.

This location of Phil's shares a building with east side pies, indoor skydiving, and Amy's ice cream, which has its own entrance through Phil's.
There are long picnic tables and several half booth inside along with a large outdoor play ground shared with Amy's.
I loved the spicy, creamy 78704 burger that's topped with Monterey jack cheese, jalapenos, grilled onions, avocados and chipotle mayo on a jalapeno cheese bun. They also serve beer and have happy hour deals.
They have a large free parking lot shared with businesses in the same strip.

Burgers are always so, so good. There's a playground right outside for the kiddos and an Amy's Ice Cream right next door.

We were visiting out of town with two toddlers and found this gem. Food was delicious! I got the number one meal on the menu the burger was cooked perfectly and tasty along with sweet potato fries. My husband got the hotdog and so did my son, they said it was yummy. Our second kid got the mini corn dogs those were crispy and yummy. The pink tea they had on the counter was delicious. Clean restaurant, workers were thoroughly cleaning from what I saw and the playground was well maintained and just a perfect spot for our family. Wish we had one of these places with playground in Houston! Our total for family of 4 was $48 which isn’t bad at all!

Good burgers, pretty good fries. My only complaint if you want to call it a complaint is they don't give you alot of fries in an order.

While it has been taken off the menu, the Jollyville is still my favorite burger, and they were more than happy to make it for me. Their burgers are THE BEST in town, without a doubt. The meat to cheese to bun ratio is ideal, giving a mouthful of food-gasm with every bite. The cheese was melty, the egg, fried just enough that the center melted into the meat without dripping out the bottom. The bacon offered a subtle sweetness the complimented the savory without the need of anything else. A nice Monday afternoon, just after 3pm, meant that there was plenty of seating for a casual, quiet family meal. Even now that my kids are older, we still enjoy the atmosphere.
