No frills, for sure. Counter order and food brought to your table. Food was good, with lots of meat in the noodle bowl, but nothing special. There was only one guy working the register and assisting with food and drink delivery (soda cans). There isn't any beverage service, so I had to walk up and get the busy guy's attention for a water refill. The atmosphere is blah, not even background music. I guess I would go back if I happened to be nearby and was dying for Vietnamese...
Honestly not sure why there are some bad reviews. Today was my first time in and the food was really good with reasonable prices, especially compared to other pho places.
