I have been here both during opening hours and closing hours - can confirm the quality is equally delicious no matter the time of day you come here. The pho meat toppings are very tender and soft. Don’t let the crowds steer you away because the staff are very well trained and efficient. I have never waited more than 15mins for a party of 4. The pho shop is continently connected to a boba shop. To occupy your wait time, I highly recommend visiting the boba shop next door.

It’s pretty average pho—not great, but not terrible. I got the tofu pho with beef broth, and the portions were super small (barely any noodles, so I was still kinda hungry after). Also, for a veggie pho, it felt a bit odd to have mixed vegetables in it. It’s okay, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to visit again

It was absolutely excellent. The pho was cooked perfect. Steeping the soup made things exactly as they should be. The veggies were fresh and tasty. The broth was very flavorful. The shrimp was abundant and fresh.
The staff served me quickly, sitting at a table as soon as I walked in the restaurant. It was buzzing with activity, and a lot of customers were enjoying the food (always a good sign). The meal was served fast and the servers were very helpful and kind.
The prices were reasonable and everything was done very well. Cleanliness was also a priority.
My experience was honestly just stellar. If you are looking for high quality pho, great service and reasonable prices, you will love Pho Phong Luu! My highest recommendation!

Lawrd have Mercy! Slap yo momma good!! Don’t hesitate. Get here as fast as you can. I tried the brisket Pho, egg sandwich, fried egg rolls, fried rice, and Thai ice tea - everything was Fantastic! Even my picky eater children loved the food.

I go to this pho place almost every single time i am craving Vietnamese food! I usually order the pho special and it is so delicious. The meat is so soft and well cooked and the broth has so much flavor! My family loves this pho place and this place is my youngest daughter’s favorite place to eat pho! Also, if you like boba there is a boba shop right next to the pho restaurant!
No English coming from the kitchen. Immediately excited, and sure enough the food was amazing. Buddy and I said "definitely coming back" about 5 times each.

The only bad at this place is if they sit you by the entrance and it's a cold day. It has great food, PHO is great!
