Please do NOT tip, all the money goes to that old rude lady that always wait at the front, I found a baby roach in my food, and the atmosphere feels dull not much welcoming save ur money and go somewhere else

Had pho dac biet.

Maybe it's me, but I felt the pho broth was watery. Everything else was good though (noodles & meat)

The staff are randomly rude, and they were surprised when I called them out on it. The pho tastes like pho, but it’s missing a few sugar rocks. Additionally, they are very frugal with the meat and seafood in their pho. It used to be super popular a few years ago, but now it’s empty—and we can see why.

The old lady that stands in the front always asks for tip and even though I tip in cash she keeps bugging me to tip her on card, I come here every time we go to Austin and this is not the first time she has done this, I won’t be coming back because of her.

We are Pho Saigon regulars and have been pleased with their predictability, promptness, and taste. The food comes out promptly. Their large beef variety pho is my go to and their grilled meats have a great smoky taste. Highly recommend.

Been living in Austin for sometime and I think this is my 2nd time eating here. I don't recall liking the pho here, but it was pretty good eating here this time. The beef pho combo was solid. The beef broth was tasty, give good amount of meats, and they give you a lot of noodles. The BBH was authenticly beefy, with a good amount of meats, and it even had the blood cubes, it just was not spicy enough to my liking. The lemongrass beef over rice was pretty good, a little dry for me, but the fish sauce helps a bit. The seafood pho was ok. The service and prices are good, overall I would recommend coming here. Not my favorite or maybe first choice, but it's good food and decent prices are definitely worth a visit.

So we drove all the way from San Antonio about 90 miles for some better Asian food in Austin. We saw pho Saigon oh ok let’s go in .. my brother ordered a pho, and I intended for a beef stew with egg noodles. In the menu they had a whole section for pho of different types. Then another separate section started with beef stew so I thought I ordered beef stew with egg noodles and meatballs. And it came out I had ordered an egg noodle in pho broth!!!! So I was confused I talked to the waitress very nicely saying I was confused of the menu and that I would really love to have a beef stew and that’d be great if I can get it changed. ( to me pho broth and egg noodles don’t go together at all) . And so she went talk to the lady owner I saw at the register and by the expression pretty much it said I would just have to deal with it what I ordered. So that was !! the waitress got back to me that they wouldn’t be able to do anything for me. Ok.. so I again nicely asked if I could just get a bit of the pho noodles to go with my PHO ? broth that I had to finish and they charged me for the side noodles. I left out the egg noodles. The ambiance felt forceful and I feel like they dont care. And they dont care! Slogan: the PHOK if we cared lol .

I am currently eating here. My in laws are Vietnamese and this place is really good. Some of the best pork I’ve had. Egg roll on point. That’s even before I add fish sauce to the dish. Add that? It becomes even better. Highly recommend eating here.

This place is near & dear to my heart for sentimental reasons but it's also consistently a solid choice. I've never had to wait for a table, the pho & vermicelli bowls are fire & the service is QUICK! Their portions are also generous for the price compared to some other pho restaurants around so it's wallet friendly.
