They should turn off their option for take-out when they can't keep up with their orders. I placed an online pickup order at 6:30 pm that said it would be ready by 7:15 pm. I didn't get my food until 9:30. I was one of 20 something people waiting. The food was great though.

Honestly the best pho we've had in Austin. My wife and I are constantly trying all the best places in Austin trying to find somewhere close to as good as our Chicago place in vietnamese town there. This is the first one that's had the complex, sticky broth that we've been looking for! Sad I haven't come here sooner

I just had the worst experience getting take out from this place. It is far from cheap and on a day I wanted to skip cooking to make my day easy. This place ruined my day by caring absolutely zero about how they prepare the food to go. The bag was filled with liquid leaking from everywhere and my Bah Mi was just thrown in the bag to get crushed by everything else. This was a gut wrenching experience and now my car is a mess while my food is inedible. To say it has been a horrible experience would be an understatement. Extremely disappointed :(

Delicious! Best pho Iāve had in years (from San Antonio area). Awesome happy hour prices, fast and friendly service, and clean, open, welcoming dining vibe.
I ordered the pork belly pho and it was a huge bowl with all of the regular toppings. I couldnāt believe how much pork belly was includedāsuch a large portion. I was only able to eat half, but just finished the leftovers for lunch today. I have never had pho leftovers taste so delicious and close to the original time it was served.
Canāt wait to go back and try so many more menu items!!

Absolutely delicious. Maybe the best pho and banh mi Iāve ever had. The broth is rich and flavorful. I took the leftovers home and it was even better the next day with a rich silky consistency. The baguette was incredibly crisp and soft. The pork belly - outstanding. The staff is incredibly sweet. Clean restaurant with a nice ambiance. Generous portions at great prices. Canāt wait to come back!

The food is wonderful but their take out service is the worst I have ever experienced. Ever. Donāt call in an order and expect it in the timeframe they give you. Iām not quite sure why the management cannot get it together and correct this ongoing problem. Tonight was the last straw. I love yāallās food but itās just not worth the horrible takeout service. Hopefully the management will read this and do something about it but Iām not gonna hold my breath.
Itās mostly the person I had interacted with she was freaking rude no smile or nothing no thank you or hello or anything I came in for a pick up order and she didnāt look happy at all and was just rude with all that blush on her face youād think sheād be happy lol it wasnāt busy so I donāt see why she took a while to get to me she was just standing there in the corner looking at me then finally decided to help me with my pick up order food is very mid .

Huge steaming bowls of pure comfort, rich broth, and so much flavor in every bite. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. If youāre craving pho that hits the spot, this is the place!

I have never dined in this place but I always come for take out and it's really good I really like their food it's really tasty last time I went I got a Thai tea and it was really freaking good, I typically get the vermicelli with pork and vegetables, it's really good . The interior is amazing it's a really lovely place to sit down and have a nice lunch or dinner and they have really good happy hour specials.
