The line out door at 10 was a good sign. We were lucky we got seated right away at the bar. But recommend getting there early so you don't wait too long. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The food was unique and tasted delicious. Highly recommend this location !!

We love phoebes! We have came here multiple times and it never disappoints. Fried green tomatoes are a must everytime! This time I had the shrimp and grit, it was pretty good, could use less corn or no corn at all IMO. However flavor is great and has a kick to it as well. Shrimp were a great size and cooked just right! My significant other had the baked eggs which he has gotten before and thoroughly enjoyed it. Only thing we would change is the cook on the egg but it's unable to be adjusted- it comes over reallllyyy easy. I tried the double buzz per our server Izzy's suggestion, it was really good and the ice cube was made of coffee so it doesn't water down the drink which is awesome , because Who likes a watered down drink? Izzy was a great server and didn't miss a beat. Food came out quickly as well which was perfect. I love this location for its downtown hipster charm however parking is not the best. Decor is modern with a touch of tx charm.

I really enjoyed my meal as it was fantastic, the server was nice, and the restaurant was nice. I highly recommend eating here and I'll definitely be back on my next vacation to Austin.

I got the parfait which was really good, really sweet, and really big. I also had the Cheeky Monkey which was tasted bland but also salty. I am gluten free so it was nice to have that option, a breaded and fried dish. The service was good.. everyone is polite and sweet.

Every dish I have had here has been disappointing. They try to blend a bunch of different flavors and it just ends up being overkill. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the presentation is good and the service is decent.

if you are gluten free, go here. if you are human, go here. it is so good we all agree on this one!

Quaint and incredibly tasty. This place really blew me away. For starters, the thick but bacon and scrambled eggs was amazing. Better than any Cracker Barrel. Good potato dish on the side. The Banana Foster French Toast is very rich. It wasn't to my liking but it was pretty good. It's literally just banana bread sliced up as French toast. If you want banana bread, order this. But there's not really some new fun twist on French toast. It's just banana bread with syrup. The Parfait- goodness gracious. It was sooo tasty and refreshing. Fruit was plump and fresh. All served cold. The addition of the lemon curd gives it a nice sweet flavor. The Bloody Mary was good- I added some table hot sauce to mine and it was one of the best I've had in a while.

Wow! What a gem of a breakfast/lunch restaurant! After touring the state capital building, I searched for something close by and were we ever glad we found Phoebe's! Everything was absolutely delicious, and I had the best, creamy horchata ever! Only wish we had a Phoebe's in our hometown of Knoxville.

This is the type of place I hesitate to rate because I don't like long waits for tables but the place is great. Everyone was super satisfied with the food and service. I got grits and chix because we don't have grits in the northwest. It was so good that I went back for a second time in a week and had the same thing. Food came out quick and the wait staff was superb!

Food is unique and so so so good! A must visit when in Austin. Wish they had a Dallas location.

Y'all, there was a wait Tuesday afternoon for lunch. This is the HOT spot. The vibes are great - friendly staff (shoutout to Ryan & Kira) and the food is delicious. I got the Smoked Beet Hash, side of Buttermilk biscuit (2 pieces per order) and a juice - got the Beet Orange and Blood Orange freshly squeezed juices! The biscuits are also made in house. Everything is yummy. I'm like drooling. I'm grateful there's a BBQ dish for a vegetarian! And, you can change the egg to be cooked any style. The decor is fun, they've got a variety of seating options from booth to diner counter to individual tables. It's a spot fit for both groups and solo parties alike.
