Based on the reviews and pictures, I decided to try this place but should have gone to Taco Bell instead. My son had the 3-piece tenders and fries. I had the fajita quesadilla because it looked delicious on the pictures. When I picked up a piece, whatever white cheese was inside started pouring out. When I took a bite, there was about one piece of beef and a mouthful of the cheese sauce. Such was the case for the entire quesadilla and I could not finish it. My wife took one bite and threw the rest away. For $15.50, I expected MUCH better. My son could not finish the tenders and didn't like them. I finished them instead and thought they were just ok. I believe those were about $12.50 - total for the two items was about $33, so I'm off on the individual items. Incredibly disappointed for the price.

The service was good and the staff performed well. I ordered the steak fajita quesadilla. Since it had fajita in the name I expected vegetables. The price of $15 for a quesadilla with food product cheese and steak was a bit much. The quality of the meat was acceptable. The cheese was a version of a nacho sauce. I am a real food snob and prefer actual cheese. I would not have purchased this if I had known it didn't have the fajita vegetables: peppers, onions, tomatoes. I recommend they remove the "fajita" from the name of this sandwich. The taste was acceptable and I ate it. It was a little too salty for my taste, but I don't use a lot of salt.

I tried the Phoenix fries with chicken and it was pretty good. I didn't like the sweet sauce but glad it was on the side. Hopefully I'll see them around again to try something else on the menu.

Their food truck came to my apartment complex this week. I got the chicken quesadilla with maple Chipotle sauce and the house cheese sauce. The chicken was soft, but I couldn’t really taste the maple Chipotle sauce. Maybe they forgot to add it to my order? Overall, I thought there was nothing outstanding about this quesadilla, and nothing to set it apart from a normal quesadilla you can make at home. Definitely wouldn’t pay $15 for this.Update: My food was scheduled for pickup at 5:45 pm and I was in my apartment eating my food by 6 pm, so it definitely didn't take me 45 minutes to pick up my food. I had requested the maple Chipotle sauce when I submitted my order online, and nobody asked me at the pickup window which sauce I wanted, so perhaps if I had gotten the maple Chipotle sauce it would've made the difference.

The Service was outstanding! Phoenix Grille's Staff was quick and never missed a beat. The Food was tasty and fresh. The prices are very reasonable - worth a try!

Ordered online for pick up and my card was charged instantly but never got a confirmation email, just saw "pickup at 5:55" at the bottom of the screen after paying. Arrived and was told our order was never received. Showed the worker the card statement showing the transaction for the order. He called his boss then had us talk to his boss through his sweaty in-ear headphones. The boss told us we were welcome to place another order and pay again. We reiterated that we already paid and our card was charged. He didn't seem to care. We asked if our order could be canceled for him to reimburse us, and he told us we could walk away but he couldn't reimburse us. Seems like a poor way to run a business.

Food was on a different level - So much flavor and very well prepared. There was only one guy manning the truck and he absolutely killed it. Didn't get a single order wrong and was very fast. If you are at this truck it is a must try!Contigo Technology
