We discovered this place a week ago and returned again today. The food was very good, the service was good, and the staff were very friendly. The prices were reasonable. Perhaps the atmosphere isn't very elegant. I think it could use some music; it's too quiet. But it deserves a 5 ⭐️ rating.
Tasty food; good service. I was surprised to see an unsatisfactory rating from the health department. The place looked quite clean.
The Brooklyn Bowl with all the meats & the Grill Bowl with 🍋 Lemongrass Beef are Worthy of Return Trips! Staff is helpful & friendly. The condiment bar is well-stocked, and the drink selection is nice. Atmosphere is relaxing. Great place for conversation and downtime.
Cindy at TMobile recommended PhoNatic because I am a serious pho fanatic. I know a good pho when I inhale the broth and taste five or more huge spoonfuls. My first pho on Anderson was shrimp pho and I have eaten at PhoNatic for four consecutive days. It is worth sweating for because I love the hot fresh jalapeño slices. Tomorrow will hit 103° and I will be chillin' with a large pho. The shrimp is going to be the lucky bowl.
They closed earlier than 9pm they dont want your businesd
Fresh, delicious, good quantities of food. Will go back again.
I came across Phonatic on TikTok, and my best friend and I decided to give it a try. Honestly, it just wasn’t for me. I had never seen a pho dish packed with so many vegetables, mushrooms, carrots, and a few others I can’t remember. I figured I’d try it, but I didn’t like the taste, even before adding sriracha and hoisin sauce. After adding them, it was a little better, but still not great.
The portion size was huge, which would’ve been nice if I actually enjoyed the food. My friend ordered a vegetable based dish (I can’t remember the name), and his was much better than mine. We also got pork egg rolls, but I couldn’t eat mine he ate his, though. Another thing that threw me off was that the egg rolls came with no sauce.
I’m not Vietnamese, but ever since I started trying pho, I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. This place just wasn’t my cup of tea. But hey, if you like it, go for it! I gave it a 2/5. My friend’s food was better, but overall, I wouldn’t go back
You know, with the only 4 stars this place gets I didn't expect much but the pho was not bad! The pork spring rolls were loaded with grilled pork as well. Honestly, it was a solid pho and I would order it again if I was craving some.
Walmart viet food. Walmart parking lot
the lady at the front was soooo rude. too bad because the food was good but i won’t be back because of that

Don’t waste your time at this place. Highly recommend the Round Rock Location or Pho Dan.
Poor service and ZERO accommodation.
Food was barely edible. I've been to many Vietnamese restaurants in many countries and this is the only that one that tastes like garbage. I wish I was exaggerating
This is the only place I get pho from in Austin.
Smells like a fart inside. Music is off-putting. Pho was pretty good flavor. Tables are shabby. Price is WAY TOO HIGH. Basil was not washed and had actual dirt on it.. If you are going to spend this much on Pho go to The One Pho.
My 3-star is based on growing up in Viet friend and family. For those who are looking for that Vietnamese flavor profile growing up, this isn't the place.
4 star food is accurate if I remove the traditional flavor expectation.
