Excellent establishment, perfect for an afternoon date or study time. Outlets at many tables, perfect lighting, and a radio at low levels to enhance focus made my study time ideal and enjoyable.

Now on to the food, oh my goodness, how delicious. The iced coffee is to die for, there are so many good menu items, my favorite being the lemongrass beef sandwich. They provide the Stubborn soda brand soda which is superior to Pepsi and coke on all levels.

The staff are nice and friendly, and work hard to make amazing menu items and to keep the place nice.

Each of these reasons are good enough on their own, and combined make it a staple for anyone coming through Austin.

I really hate leaving negative reviews as I don’t want to impact someone’s business so I give them three stars for trying. The flavor fell flat. I am used to much of Austin’s pho scene lacking in depth or flavor but this tasted more watered down than most, the chicken was so rubbery you could chew and chew, and the spring rolls weren’t well rolled and fell apart when I tried to pick them up.

We love this place so much! So many delicious things on the menu outside of pho. Noodle bowls, street tacos, bahn mi, the list goes on. And everything is fresh, crunchy, and tasty!

This place used to be good during COVID for pickup. But things have fallen off a cliff since then. We just visited to dine in and we honestly couldn't wait to leave. The place definitely needed a deep cleaning. The high chairs for the kids were sticky and disgusting. The food came out and it was barely warm... On top of all of that, they have continually increased their prices. We used to get the veggie pho for 11 and change and now it's 15 for a basic veggie pho bowl... I think we'll stick with other faces for now until they clean up the stores and return to normal prices

Unfortunately the other reviews are correct. It feels like they are trying to dissuade customers from coming back. The door is not labeled clearly. The food is good, but it isn’t real Vietnamese, more of a gentrified imitation. Which wouldn’t be that big of a deal, except for the fact that the sign literally advertises “real Vietnamese”. There is still a strong smell coming from the bathroom + drink machine, 4 months later… makes me think there might be a mold problem. The service was fast, but the workers REALLY didn’t want to be there. The food itself is good, but again not “real” Vietnamese as advertised. Would not come back.

We discovered this place a week ago and returned again today. The food was very good, the service was good, and the staff were very friendly. The prices were reasonable. Perhaps the atmosphere isn't very elegant. I think it could use some music; it's too quiet. But it deserves a 5 ⭐️ rating.

Tasty food; good service. I was surprised to see an unsatisfactory rating from the health department. The place looked quite clean.

The Brooklyn Bowl with all the meats & the Grill Bowl with 🍋 Lemongrass Beef are Worthy of Return Trips! Staff is helpful & friendly. The condiment bar is well-stocked, and the drink selection is nice. Atmosphere is relaxing. Great place for conversation and downtime.

Cindy at TMobile recommended PhoNatic because I am a serious pho fanatic. I know a good pho when I inhale the broth and taste five or more huge spoonfuls. My first pho on Anderson was shrimp pho and I have eaten at PhoNatic for four consecutive days. It is worth sweating for because I love the hot fresh jalapeño slices. Tomorrow will hit 103° and I will be chillin' with a large pho. The shrimp is going to be the lucky bowl.

I came across Phonatic on TikTok, and my best friend and I decided to give it a try. Honestly, it just wasn’t for me. I had never seen a pho dish packed with so many vegetables, mushrooms, carrots, and a few others I can’t remember. I figured I’d try it, but I didn’t like the taste, even before adding sriracha and hoisin sauce. After adding them, it was a little better, but still not great.

The portion size was huge, which would’ve been nice if I actually enjoyed the food. My friend ordered a vegetable based dish (I can’t remember the name), and his was much better than mine. We also got pork egg rolls, but I couldn’t eat mine he ate his, though. Another thing that threw me off was that the egg rolls came with no sauce.

I’m not Vietnamese, but ever since I started trying pho, I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. This place just wasn’t my cup of tea. But hey, if you like it, go for it! I gave it a 2/5. My friend’s food was better, but overall, I wouldn’t go back

You know, with the only 4 stars this place gets I didn't expect much but the pho was not bad! The pork spring rolls were loaded with grilled pork as well. Honestly, it was a solid pho and I would order it again if I was craving some.
