The young man working there who handles the payments (blonde, tall, and slim) was very rude when he charged us. He literally snatched the card from my aunt, and even after we had paid, he continued to speak ill of my family using offensive language. To the extent that his colleague had to take him away. Terrible service.

Delicious ice cream but they seem to never have ingredients or equipment to make some smoothies. We've been trying and the last 4 times we've tried, they are never able to make them. The first 2 times they said they had no blenders, then no mango, then no Chamoy. We started to think they just don't want to make these items. It's weird because they do taste great, they just never have them which is frustrating and misleading, since they have ads everywhere about them. Very dissatisfied.

Love there Avocado with white chocolate and pistachio toppings. It’s always recommended to try in store as it’s freshly coated chocolate and crunchy nuts with toppings.

Went on a Friday night and was surprised to see no line. The 2 boys working that night were great. Got the vanilla bourbon pop (yes, creamy alcohol-infused pops) and they even put it in a plate for you of you add toppings which was neat. Nice place!

Google says 11 PM close. Others say 9 PM close. 3 people waiting in the store for over 10 minutes and staff can audibly be heard socializing in the back. Don’t bother coming here on a Friday. They won’t serve you or bother to put a closed sign on the door if they close earlier than 8 PM. It’s a shame because they serve a good product but the service seems to have really dropped.

The popsicles are good. Been there several times and have only been able to get a mangonada once, I ask for it every time. They always say they are sold you. Even when I ask for the strawberry smoothie. The one time I got it, the employee got mad she had to make four in a row and proceeded to yell that they were sold out to anyone who tried to order after me. I suspect they don’t want to wash the blender cup. I suggest buying more so the employees don’t make the experience awkward.

One of my favorite places in Austin! Certain flavors contain alcohol as well. I ordered the vanilla berry popsicle with Oreo topping and chocolate drizzle. Very delicious! I don’t remember what my friend ordered but it was spicy to me.
