We discovered this place on Diners Drive Ins and Dives. We flew in from San Diego for a wedding in Fredericksburg and not only stopped once, but stopped here twice in one weekend. This bakery is connected to Pieous. The baked goods are AMAZING!!! The featured pastry on Triple D was the Caramel Roll and it did not disappoint. Each buttered flaky layer was better than the next. And you can't forget the caramel pecan topping. Yum!! Highly recommend this place. Note that the bakery opens at 7am and the Caramel Roll sells out fast! We didn't get to try it the first time since we arrived around lunch time, but luckily we got there this morning when they were hot coming out of the oven!!

Trendy, lots of tasty options and super clean. Only drawback was price point. I ordered the bacon pizza and a glass of water, and my bill was almost $20. That's steep for a casual lunch of a personal pie. Might return for desserts - their broad selection appeared delectable.

I stumbled along this cute little place while going to work and I love it! Coffee, tea, & pastries. Really simple and amazing. Vanilla chai latte is great!

The pastry is a bit expensive so if you're going to splurge get the Kouign Amann-its sooo good

Loving coming here for a coffee and baked good. My personal favorites are the chocolate croissant and the kouign amann. Hands down the best chocolate croissants in this city.

stop it. Best pastries ever! EVER!!!!! Haven't had the coffee, but why spend your pastry money on coffee?!?

The pastries that pie-e-tea make are always awesome! They deserve five or more stars for their pastries. On the coffee side they only earn two stars. Their Baristas consistently mistake a cappuccino for a latte. Nothing against a cappuccino, but I don't want that much foam in my latte drink

Kinda expensive but great menu. I love the blended mocha. It's like a milkshake with coffee in it. It's super rich.

Get there before they run out and get a kougin amann, you won't regret it!
