I ordered a beef bento box. The hot beef was put into a plastic container, which caused the container to melt and leak chemicals into the beef. There is a hole in the lid from the heat. I can’t eat this.

Asian food haven in the middle of university campus. Their tofu Benton box comes with amazing choices of sauces. I recommend wasabi mayo sauce! I would visit Austin again just to eat at this place. Plus owner of the place is a very sweet and friendly guy. Totally loved the experience

I love pinch! Great food for a great price. The chicken is so juicy and perfectly crispy and flavorful. The rice is so fluffy and the meal is made to order!. One bento($10) box lasts me 2 meals, so it comes out to $5 per meal. Life saver for broke college student. Guy that works there is so sweet! Please visit!

The chicken quality is poor and too rubbery. Would not come back here again.

From someone who came here weekly, save your money there’s way better food in the same area for less money. I have repeatedly been ignored and not given service for 15+min after paying, even after other new customers have come and been served. Very frustrating to see someone else get the same thing as you in 5min and then have to wait 15-20min for the wrong order. Had to change my review after this became the norm and an expectation, not an exception.

I have enjoyed Pinch to go every now and then. However, I won't be going back. I found a black hair in my rice today, and it ruined my appetite 😒 Very nice workers but the establishment NEEDS better hygiene. The new tangulu should NOT be just sitting outside the food truck too. Unhygienic :(
Pinch was my go to place for quite a while. I was aware of the multiple reviews mentioning bugs in broccoli but I discounted them as one off unlucky occurences until it happened to me. This place does have a serious hygiene problem.
Dude specifically asked me "beef right?" and I said yes. He proceeded to give me a small box with only chicken and I'm left starving.. Now I have to go all the way back because nothing else is open.

The food was okay. My partner had plastic in his food, and then my food had a worm in it.

This used to be one of my favorite food trucks in Austin. Everything changed since last night visiting. The flavor is pretty good! But the broccoli contains a maggot? and a moth. ? I ordered 5 beef bento boxes for my family. When I arrived home and opened the Bento boxes. A died maggot and a moth on the broccoli. So my family just thrown them away.

The chicken and rice were pretty good, idk if it was just today but the broccoli tasted like it was cooked in a dish washer
