First time here and I ordered veggie rice and fries, I did not get a single grain of rice nor any veggies
The guy that works there (at least the late night shift) is one of the most rude humans i have come across in the food industry. Only gives one word answers and blows you off if you try asking any questions. Also extremely inconsistent closing times, ive come at 1:30 (they close at 2) only for him to rudely turn me down and ignore me when i ask what time they actually close at. Completely ruined my love for Pinch and as long as hes working there i dont plan on coming back

I used to love Pinch and go pretty frequently even though it can be expensive. But genuinely whoever works in the truck thinks he can just take advantage of college students because we won’t speak up. I picked multiple bases in the food because it said choose up to 2 and then he decided to put whatever he wanted and I chose to go up and speak to him and he didn’t give me even a thought and watched me place another order. In the sake for him to get 13 dollars in the moment he’s lost me as a customer and many others who I share this story with. I will never spend a cent here again.

portions are not worth the price
Portions are garbage now, don’t come here
The food used to be so big in portion, but now the amount of rice and chicken in the bowl are significantly smaller compared to before
I guess the owner changed or something and now it’s trash

This place fell off. Save your money and go somewhere else. Especially, do not go late at night.

Skimping on portions! Food tastes the same but it’s an overall downgrade. When I paid for extra, they used to give me EXTRA.

this man wants nothing more than to feed his community and he does so at a fair price, at late hours, and with nothing but kindness

I ordered a beef bento box. The hot beef was put into a plastic container, which caused the container to melt and leak chemicals into the beef. There is a hole in the lid from the heat. I can’t eat this.

Asian food haven in the middle of university campus. Their tofu Benton box comes with amazing choices of sauces. I recommend wasabi mayo sauce! I would visit Austin again just to eat at this place. Plus owner of the place is a very sweet and friendly guy. Totally loved the experience

I love pinch! Great food for a great price. The chicken is so juicy and perfectly crispy and flavorful. The rice is so fluffy and the meal is made to order!. One bento($10) box lasts me 2 meals, so it comes out to $5 per meal. Life saver for broke college student. Guy that works there is so sweet! Please visit!
