So apparently, Pinkberry leaves the center of the cup empty?
When we approached the lady who seemed to be the manager by the cashier, she said that's how it is and was indifferent about it.
I don't go to Pinkberry often but haven't experienced this in other locations, maybe things have changed and this is the new standard? If someone could let me know I'll amend this review.
Poor service and poor value (since the center of our cup was empty) is why I give this location 2 stars.

Pinkberry offers ice cream with several base options and many toppings. Because this location is in a mall, you might encounter a line and a short wait.

This is small Pinkberry inside Barton Creek Square. It is right in the middle of the mall and has a handful of tables for seating. Most of the flavors here are pretty good, I think the mango is the best right now though.

Pinkberry’s natural flavors are way better than typical, over-processed competitors’ products. And the service was great, including convenient location in the mall. Will buy again

I used to love this place, their original froyo was amazing. Today my husband and I ordered a large cup and the service was terrible, I undestand some people might not like their job but how is that our fault? The attending mentioned the original flavor was unavailable and he just came back with white froyo so I thought maybe it was working again before we could even say a word, he barely wanted to serve us. When we paid and I tried it, it was vainilla flavor, I never told him I wanted it to get replaced for another flavor, if he had let me speak I would just have said it was ok and not ordering anything. I ended up not having any from the cup, but my husband didn't want to argue and he ate the whole thing. My worst experience at this place that is supposed to bring a little joy with a treat.

We loved the mango flavor. We’re visiting from NC && I have never experienced an employee selling. What I didn’t like was that the cashier didn’t want to give me my change back which was $4 and some change I had walked away for a few because my toddler was trying to walk away but my daughter stayed in line for the change and she saw how he(cashier) put my change in his pocket. Went back and asked for it and he tried telling me he gave it to me. Manager might want to check on that .
No digital payments..? Like at least have a sign or something!!!

So I would like to make a complaint about this teenager who looked like she was 15. When I went up to order I asked for strawberry and she says we don’t have strawberry, and I clearly could see on the menu that they have strawberry! I then ask her are you out of it and she rudely says no we don’t have it and points and says look at what we have on the menu, I have never felt so much disrespect from an employee in my life!!!!! She was very unprofessional with her AirPods in her ears, I want her to get in trouble for this!!!

The AM manager guy is annoying . He’s always whistling, clapping his hands or ringing a bell that’s attached to something in the back room . As a mall employee it’s annoying to hear every morning, as well as traumatizing to hear random claps through out the day after being here during a shooting .
