The AM manager guy is annoying . He’s always whistling, clapping his hands or ringing a bell that’s attached to something in the back room . As a mall employee it’s annoying to hear every morning, as well as traumatizing to hear random claps through out the day after being here during a shooting .

They do use fresh fruit for the fruit smoothies. Located by the center area by Macy's. Grabbed an Izzy sparkling clementine can and a large chocolate banana smoothie. $11.84 The smoothie is made with chocolate hazelnut yogurt and added bananas. It's pretty good. The Izzy is sparkling and refreshing too.

A yummy yoghurt and a great experience. My grandson drooped his cup, he was skillful to recover it but the toppings fell out! The employee came to the rescue right away and even brought extra toppings for him! A place to surely comeback!

The frozen yogurt was delicious but unfortunately I am giving 1 star because of the costumer service. I'm a manager in the service industry as I understand that we are all in hard times with short staff so I try to be fair and tip well but, two of the servers were extremely rude and not helpful. Then I noticed that after people had ordered their items I see the same two sitting on the counter on their phones. Again I try to be fair but this, in my professional opinion, is not ok.

Love this place, I travel once every 15 days from San Antonio to Austin just to eat here.You must get 2 scoops of chocolate crispy on your yogurt. Believe me it's worth the extra 75 cents.I love that they usually use fresh mango too.

Worst frozen yogurt. Both the customer service and yogurt are terrible! Do not waste your money here. There were four employees there but they acted like they didn’t have the time to take my order. There was no one else in line. They filled the cup with yogurt to where there was no room for toppings. Elliott served one of the two that I ordered asked what I wanted and after asking for strawberries and mango put it in the counter and walked off. I was not done adding toppings. This was my first time here and only tried it bc my daughter wanted “ice cream”.
