The food is excellent. Completely different from the other Pinthouse locations. Waitstaff was no where to be found. When drinks were delivered they were incorrect with no apologies. The HVAC was blowing really hard and uncomfortable.

If I could leave no stars I would …. The employees stand around not helping and it took over 45 minutes for my ONE pizza to come out and it was NOT busy at all … when it came it was cold… probably because it was ready and the staff chose to stand around and gossip… never again will I come here

Stopped on my way to the airport for a few tasters. Electric jellyfish was all over austin so decided to swing by the brewery. Nice open space with outdoor seating. Staff was highly knowledgeable about the beers and helpful with suggestions. Didn't try any food but want to go back for that. See you next time!

Attended an event here. Parking was ample, beer good, food delicious, and service was friendly. Upstairs we didn't see handicap accessibility and there was 1 bathroom.

Pinthouse is the best. Food is great and beers are awesome. Best lagers in Austin!!!
Saw that superchargers were coming, brilliant move and great idea. The employees are nice and the place is great. the only catch is the long and very slow line to get a pint. You are better off getting a table and waiting that way. I was in this slow line and it turned out that the guy if front of me was an employee. when it was his turn, the bartender and him just talked about how slow it was. even after I went to another bartender paid for another beer, they were still talking and taking up a place in line. The long slow line was still there. again, the folks were great and I like the place. But the line was comically slow for no reason. Plenty of employees floating around, get another one behind the bar.

Nice place. Menu is your general brew pub variety. Wide range of beers to choose from. Cool enclosed patio you can bring your dog to with a couple of tvs. A place I’d visit again if I were in the area.Parking: Parking seems easy enough and lots of Tesla stations.

Coworker went to order food and this is what he told me:Ordered fried chicken sandwich at the bar front.Waited ~30 minutes for the order before he went to see why it was taking so long.Co worker went to the lady at the front (long blonde hair, nose piercing) to figure out what was going on and she was extremely rude about the wait and explaining what happened. The food apparently sat for about 18 minutes before he received it. No apology was given. Avoid this place if you care about service.
