Luis R. was incredibly helpful today. I had made a mistake with my takeout order, and he immediately stepped in and took care of it without any hassle. Everything was amazingly great except for the Hispanic guy with a red cold weather hat that took the order, he was extremely rude, no greeting, not a smile, like he was mad at life or probably because we were speaking in spanish or maybe he was just having a bad day, when he took our order to the table literally he just toss it on it like he was forced to do it. It's a great place, everyone was happy, even his partners but he made us feel like we were not welcomed there. I'm definitely not going back even though everything else was exceptionally good!

We love this place so much! They are so incredibly kind and we cannot get enough of their pizza! Rafael is a gem, he’s the manager in San Antonio and just helping out at the Austin location. He was so kind and gave us Magic Pilsners on the house! They also helped me to my car since my hands were full with my kids. Such a friendly place and they treat you so well!

Absolutely love this place. The waitstaff and the folks are always on point, know their beers, and super costumer oriented. Always. They hire well. The beer selection is fantastic, and the pizzas are phenomenal overall. This is one of my go-to spots for good food and great service.
My only small wish is that they’d bring back the medium-sized pizza. For their ovens, it was their best. The large pizzas are delicious, but they often come out a bit soupy in the middle, even when you ask for them extra crispy. The small is small and can get roasted. That said, this place is still a standout, and the service alone keeps me coming back. Highly recommend.

In town on business for the next couple months. Had plans to go to the barbecue place not far from here and when I pulled up it looked like it would be a huge mistake, so I went to Pinthouse instead.
Best decision I've made in 2026. The guys are incredibly polite and accommodating. The food was amazing and the lager I tried d was great. Burro something. If you're in the area give it a shot!

Don’t bother trying to do take out unless you want to wait over an hour for food. This has happened to my family 3x now. Pretty lame. But the pizza and beers are good. Meh.

Had the rare treat to come in for a Sundance Salad. Since it's gone off the regular menu it's literally saved me (and lost) PHP a couple grand $$ easy. They always have arugula and cauliflower in house so not sure which culinary genius has held to stripping mainstays from a menu that long standing patrons learned to love. I still love PHP but just don't come in nearly as much.
