My pizza took 1 1/2 hours to be delivered. It was cold and the crust on half the pizza was mangled. I called to discuss, and was told the manager Annabelle was not at the store. He took my information and said she would call in about 30 minutes. No call.

Ordered at 9pm, got a call immediately saying they are already closed even though it says they are open until 10pm. It was for pick-up. That’s what happens when it’s the ghetto. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with them!

If I could give zero stars I would, they cannot be bothered to answer their phone. It is difficult to talk to anybody when you are inside, because everybody that works there ignores you, every time I've gone inside, the employees act like they are too busy and ignore you. If you call and order online, it takes always over an hour but even 2 to 3 hours to get your delivery. This Pizza Hut needs to be closed down or managed better. It is truly disappointing.

I've read a lot of the reviews and frankly, don't understand the bad ones. I have always ordered from this store and 9 times out of 10, the pizza is really good. The only thing I wish is that they put more cheese on it. It seems to be much more skimpy than it used to be. But, this is still my favorite pizza. Thanks guys!
