If I could give a zero star I would. Do not even deserved a 1 star Pizza late. Order was for 12:15 received pizza at 12:48. On top of it being late wrong pizza order. Worsted experience ever. Pizza was for a party. So, no pizza for party. Do not order from Brodie Lane Pizza Hut.

Love the food. Today the app wasn't working. Probably due to the super bowl rush. I called the store and a guy quickly took my order and honored the online prices. He was very friendly. Great job PH!

It was such a nice experience to have outstanding service with a smile and genuine good attitude. I felt like the guy at the counter was the only one there and the pizza was delicious: even passed the test of two very picky 9-year-olds. The greeting at the counter was pleasant and engaging and he went above and beyond to bring the pizza to my car when it was finished cooking. If you are in Austin, TX, the location of which I speak is 8400 Brodie Ln.

Gave the pizza hut detroit style pizza a try this evening and it was horrible. Sauce is sour, bottom crust is greasy and reminds of a totinos, dough is basically the pan pizza .put into a square pan. They give two pepperoni's, one is their standard pepperoni and one is a decent spicy pepperoni. This was nothing like a detroit pizza except it was the same shape. For a company like pizza hut this is a huge failure and embarassment. Whoever heads up research and development for new product should be let go asap.

I used to exclusively order Pizza Hut for the boneless wings, but recently they've been putting barely any sauce on them. When ordering medium buffalo boneless wings, you could barely tell there was any sauce at all. Now I would say buying boneless wings with sauces isn't worth it and to look elsewhere.

The pizza was exactly what I ordered. It had the correct toppings, a sufficient amount of each topping, was ready when I arrived to pick it up, and the staff member at the counter was great!
