I get a text that my pizza is out for delivery. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting. I only live 6 mins away? Makes no sense. Wanted to give them a chance but probably won’t do this again. Didn’t realize it was so complicated? Something fishy going on. Not sure if other errands are being run or what’s going on but this driver is def no just delivering pizza. Based off the text when the pizza went out….my pizza has been sitting in this persons car for 40 mins.!

We ordered wings from here for my birthday, and they gave us buffalo medium instead of mild. While it wasn't that big of an issue, how it was handled was completely poor. We called to ask about it, and when we asked the person who had picked up, he said "they're basically the same anyway." We could hear a manager speak up behind him and say "we didn't have any mild." That was it, no offer of a refund or anything to remedy the situation. I have had other Pizza Huts call me to let me know they were out rather than slap a mild sticker on the container and try to pass them off as what I ordered. It would've been nice to either be let known, or offered something as compensation.

I ordered a ny large meatball 3 pmish. Obviously the oven was to hot, the crust was to hard, cheese puffed n burnt, not hardly any sauce. Just shoulda just made a sandwich. I enjoyed my last pizza from here, and it was later in evening, not middle of afternoon. Ya cant speak to anyone in the store cuz a call center takes the orders. Very unhappy. Have to tear off the to hard part, 1/2 this will end up in the trash. Im done. No more Thanks.
I ordered a large 3 topping pizza for carry out and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service I received. Thanks for providing a great experience.

Pizza is tasty and employees are super nice BUT they have been making them work without AC for 6 weeks. That is absolutely insane for Texas. Please get this fixed for your employees! Unacceptable!!!!

I literally work around the corner and opted for delivery. 30 mins was the time. I ordered at 1113 with a time for 1143. At 12 I still hadn't got my pizza. At 1202 I get a message saying door dash was going to deliver but now not until 1231 I only have an hour lunch. No communication at all. I tried to call and cancel but no one answers the phone. This shouldn't even be an issue. If there's no delivery person available the options online should just display carryout only.Edit:Pizza arrived at 1250. Had to drive to the store for a refund. Thomas took care of me and made it right
