My pizza was not started when I got there to pick it up. No sauce on the pizza. It just generally didn't taste right.
I've always gone to this location and never had bad service before.

I called the store at 9:30 and they told me that it was closed that they were not selling Piza, I decided to go to the store because I live only 2 minutes away and when it arrived it was open but they did not want to sell Piza or anything, they were not working, it is It's a shame why I always buy Piza here in this store. In fact, I'm making this comment because this happened to me right now. I'm here at the store right now. It's a shame they have these workers here. Outside the store there are There were about 15 young people who were there to buy too, and next to them there were about 20 people who were leaving the party hungry and couldn't eat. What hurts me the most is that I left my house because my daughter wanted Piza from Piza Hut and because What the workers didn't want, I'm not going to arrive with the Piza 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This Pizza Hut needs to be investigated for potential Theft and Fraud. I think these employees steal Late/Closing orders and go home with the customer paying money for "their" free Pizza. Many of the comments are about missing orders during Close of Business hours and I was supposed to get my order around 09:39 via The Pizza Hut App but never showed up and they closed at 10pm. If you don't call back about the missing food they'll get over on you. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund.

NEVER ordering from here again! The use of DoorDash for delivery has gone off the rails. I've had one driver even send her 7-year-old daughter to my door with my food, minus the drink. Last night I specifically spoke to someone at the store before I ordered, saying I will not order if it's going to be delivered by DD. I was assured it wouldn't be. But it was. The idiot driver left my food on the ground(!) and didn't bring the 2-liter drink I ordered. I called out to him, and he ignored me! I yelled again, and he just kept walking. Disgusted, I called the store and told them what happened. They apologized, but the damage had been done. They said they would deliver the drink, but -- not surprised -- it never came. I am completely fed up with this place! I will be filing a BBB complaint. The owner of this location obviously is not paying drivers enough if they are having to resort to a third-party delivery service. Again, I was assured they would not use a DD driver last night and they did. I do not appreciate being lied to.

Worst customer service ever , the manager on duty left me on hold for over 20 minutes and still never got the issue resolved. We never got our pizza and it was transferred to door dash and the door dash delivery driver didn’t even speak English . Give me a break Pizza Hut . You need to do better !!!

Placed an order tonight around 9:27, app said it would get here by 10:20(!), but it’s been over an hour and it hasn’t shown up. Tried calling the store, but received no response. Customer service number was no help either, only an automated message trying to get me to order more pizza.

When I went to pick up my pizza I heard the female manger yelling at the Mexican guy that makes the pizza. He's the bald headed guy with tattoos. So I just left without my food. And every time I do go I hear her the same manger getting on her employee's they r working to. She just make me feel bad for all her employee's. I don't wanna go back to that location because of her.

I’ve have never been spoke to the way Ms. Cailey spoke to me. I placed an order at 7:32 I was informed it would be ready at 7:52. When I asked her about it upon paying she informed me that it would be ready in 5mins. We left and came back after quoted time it still was not ready. She then mumbled to her manager I just placed the order. I informed her that her statement was inaccurate especially seeing as I was in there more than 5 mins ago to pay. She then raised her voice at me rolled her neck and eyes while throwing up her hands and said “Well it just popped up on my screen”. Excuse me? Again I paid in the store it was already on your screen. The manager not once came over to apologize for the miscommunication with the fry station. They forgot to cook my bone in wings. Which left my pizza and boneless wings sitting there getting cold. Horrible, horrible cashiers and even worse management. Now I remember why I do not stop at this location.
