I ordered a jalapeño and pepperoni pizza and they sent me a meat pizza that was cold. They were probably too lazy to make a fresh pizza and sent whatever they had out.

The Pizza Hut operation in River Place is consistently great - ALWAYS great pizza, and always on time for our pickup. It's takeout or delivery only, which is fine for us... we live in an adjoining neighborhood. Order a Large Specialty Pan pizza with extra marinara sauce - almost always on sale for a great price - and you'll thank me many times over.

I definitely wish I could give 0 stars! Very disappointed with everything about this delivery. I ordered a cheese pizza w/no sauce and cajun boneless wings. The guy handed me a receipt to sign but didnt give me a copy. The wings container was crushed. And the wings were tough. The chesse on the pizza was dried up, brown and hard. When I returned the food the manager said he would refund my money and my tip and remake the food. It didn't occur to me til I left, I didn't give a tip. The driver gave it to himself. Something he probably been doing because I order frequently. I also wonder how many others he have scammed. Check yall bank statements I'm sure I wasn't his first!

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza (a "deal" for $11.99) wanting double pepperoni and no 3rd topping. I have successfully ordered this multiple times online, but this time placed the order on the phone. PizzaHut insisted I make it 3 toppings (why? it would save them money to only put 2 toppings on) so I asked for 3rd order of pepperoni. when they delivered the pizza the delivery person yelled at my wife that they won't ever do this again. That was outrageous and terrible customer service.
