Shantel is by far the rudest cashier you could possibly have working for you and I'm surprised that you're still in business. I will make sure to tell everyone how my husband and I were treated from the employees at this pizza hut. Our pizza was raw and we called back to request another and Shantel was rude enough to call back and let us know that we could come pick up a pizza and didn't care either way, then hung up on us. We get to the store to return the pizza and we're told we couldn't get our refund and after she put her hands on our pizza to try and show where there may have been a cooked piece and called her mother to the store like we were all going to fight lol. I have never before seen such a display of ignorance in all my life. This person is ruining your business

I ordered 1 pizza but this looks more like a tortilla
I ordered a medium hand tossed pizza & some boneless wings. The pizza was more raw than cooked including the toppings. Also, the wings were more soft (soggy) no crisp. No family should eat bad food after paying for it so just because of this experience we won’t be returning. Train your employees correctly or hire employees that do care about food quality.

Ever since I've been forced to this location I've experienced mistakes after mistakes. This is the 3rd time an order was passed to a 3rd party delivery service. (DoorDash) a drink or dipping was missing. & I've been told by pizza hut to contact doordash. I've never ordered through door dash i ordered directly through pizza hut. Can't wait to get my car back. I'm so tired of dealing with the delivery service. Carry out if you want your pizza. I just fed my kids dry tenders thanks! On top of all that. I thought I was being help with this issue but the guy put the phone down then 5 minutes later put me on hold & never came back. Carry out! Carry out! Carry out! If the move your order to doordash just cancel. Save yourself some time & headaches

Delivery driver requested a tip from my nephew instead of allowing us to provide it willingly. When change was requested he still took a dollar. When we called to report him the “manager” who decided to remain nameless was rude as well. Worst experience I’ve had with them so far and I order there often. Most likely won’t anymore.

Terrible experience. I ordered two pizzas. One arrived correct and the other was completely wrong (we ordered deep dish supreme and received thin crust 1/2 cheese 1/2 green pepper and onion). I called the store and waited on hold for about 20min just to be told they could refund or give me store credit. When I asked if they could bring me the correct pizza I was told I would have to go back to the end of the que which would be a really long time. Worst customer service I have ever received.
