Delivery driver requested a tip from my nephew instead of allowing us to provide it willingly. When change was requested he still took a dollar. When we called to report him the “manager” who decided to remain nameless was rude as well. Worst experience I’ve had with them so far and I order there often. Most likely won’t anymore.

Terrible experience. I ordered two pizzas. One arrived correct and the other was completely wrong (we ordered deep dish supreme and received thin crust 1/2 cheese 1/2 green pepper and onion). I called the store and waited on hold for about 20min just to be told they could refund or give me store credit. When I asked if they could bring me the correct pizza I was told I would have to go back to the end of the que which would be a really long time. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Ordering and paying on the app was simple. Order was filled correctly and delivered on time. The pizza tasted great but the salad was just ok as it contained some pieces of older lettuce. We enjoyed leftover pizza today for lunch.

Hadn't ordered from a Pizza Hut in a very long time. My husband prefers another pizza shop but agreed to try it and it paid off! Pizza and wings were really good and delivered quickly.

Austin, Tx Jollyville location can’t seem to get the order right. Over the past 3 months or so I have added the note “No seasoning on the bottom the crust” every time and yet when I get it home the crust is covered with salty seasoning. Then the employees there have the audacity to inform me that I didn’t leave a tip for my carry out pizza. I swear I have told myself I would leave a tip if they got it right just once. I have filled out the survey with my concerns and have never been asked for additional feedback.

People do not order pizza from this place the manager is A..h.le. I ordered two large pans with chicken they hardly put the chicken in it when I told the cashier she asked me if I was supposed to have chicken I said yes and then she called the manager and this A..h.le started pointing at the chicken on some of the slices and ignoring the slices where there were only one or two pieces of chicken on it. Both of the large pizzas hardly had chicken on them. Not eating Pizza Hut anymore will give my business somewhere else.

I’ve tried to call multiple times to make changes to a scheduled delivery order but no one ever picks up.

Former pizza maker employee here,I was at this location for almost 7 months from September 2023-February 2024,it was fun working here the first few months,I had to leave for a few reasons both having to do with the location and also because of my sick mother, but I just wanted to bring this to the owners attention, the area manager Ruelle thinks it’s ok to just yell at employees he doesn’t like when he comes unannounced to check on the store. After I got hired a few weeks had passed and me and Ruelle kinda got into it bc I couldn’t come to work one day and he was the one that answered when I called in,and he was just being snarky about how it’s my responsibly to show up to my scheduled shift even though at the time the reason I couldn’t come to work was out of my control and I got lucky I was able to come. Throughout the time I worked there he showed up several times throughout the time I was there and I just avoided him as much as I could,I did have to speak him a few times because he just decided to insert himself in our working environment sometimes when we had it figured out and he just came and messed us up,such as packing a delivery and giving the wrong one to the driver.A few days before I called it quits,it was a very busy Friday night and Ruelle of course decided to come on that night of all nights and I actually didn’t mind bc we were swamped, during the shift I was mostly on the make table but I eventually was told to go help with cut table,Ruelle of course took over before I could start cutting and I was just bringing the orders out and putting them in the warmers, and there was this one thing that really got me mad,he literally asked what the order he was cutting was supposed to go to since some orders were coming out late, all I did was point at the screen of which order it was,I didn’t point or touch the buttons to bump it off screen at all,but when I touched the screen he yelled at me so loud saying “DON’T BUMP IT OFF!!” and he saw I was touching the screen and not the buttons,I said “I wasn’t even going to!” And he said “I’M JUST TELLING YOU!” You may be the area manager Ruelle and you think you have this great power to use on employees that don’t even technically work for you,we work for the general manager of the store who is the one in charge, but that doesn’t/shouldn’t give you the right to yell at them for the smallest thing because you don’t like them.Beverly is way nicer when I worked with her at my other location and I’m glad she’s above you in terms of being higher up in this company’s corporate.Ruelle aka area manager is one of the reasons why I left this job. And I do not miss it,if anyone from this location sees this and they might know who I am,don’t bother trying to contact me because I have changed my info since then.
The pizza had no sauce that was detectable. The thin crust was chewy not crispy, at all. The cinnebons we're not properly proofed. They were small and doughy. One was barely the size of my thumb. The driver also forgot my red peppers. I ordered late and by the time I opened them they were closed. I call the next morning. Talked to three different people, none claimed to be the mgr. The three people I talked to routed me to a ph# where nobody answered. This was nothing short of a con from a bunch of lazy employees who don't do their job. I find it hard to believe that any upper management tolerates these employees attitude and the lack of food quality.
I took this pic after I attempted to proof the dough on my own. They were actually aittle smaller. As you see, not very successful. They look nothing like the picture Hut uses to advertise them. Definitely an instance of bait and switch thievery.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK
