Based on my experience with this place and everyone’s reviews, I’m pretty sure this Pizza Hut location is a scam. They let you order through their site with the T-Mobile Tuesday deals and then when you arrive they say they are not a participating location and you need to pay full price. They refunded us the promotional item but I think they are counting on people just paying for the promotional items once they are there. Just speculation but letting yall know.

I ordered a thin-crust pizza with no cheese and extra sauce because I'm lactose intolerant. I've ordered from Pizza Hut before and got a thin-crust pizza, but it never came out burnt with no sauce and was hard to eat. I called the store, and they gave me a credit of $10 to my account. I'm glad they did, but I'm mad that they couldn't remake my pizza the right way, and they were telling me that it would yield the same result, even though I know it doesn't.

Went to get the 2 dollar personal pan Tuesday deal to only be to turned away. A worker by the name Sharon claims they ran out, then she said they had dough but it'll take 1 1/2 to thaw and she can't to then saying she has save dough for the remander of the week, lie after lie, but yet their running a promo, makes no sense. I'll neva go back.

The food is always amazing, well prepared and flavorful. Definitely the best pizza hut spot I've been to in years, honestly made me a repeat customer. A huge shout out to the manager, great customer service. Definitely will recommend to others for this specific location!

Ordered from them was literally only 6 mins away from them driving. Got food over thirty mins late. Food hard and cold. Called them over four times they lack service and poor communication. Had to contact corporate office to complain to get my refund back.

Do not order from them terrible service and food won’t be delivered to you hot.

And they use door dash to deliver food and I contact them directly to use their driver. I do not use door dash or uber eats due to their terrible delivery and tampering of ppl food.

And they have no way to contact driver on their whereabouts nor offer to deliver me a fresh hot pie and dessert. Complete waste of dinner due to them

Pizza took almost an hour to make it to me after it was finished being made because this store outsources delivery to doordash. If you are going to outsource the delivery you have no business charging a delivery fee on top of the tip.

The food was cold by the time it made it to me and part of my order was missing.

I don't usually put a review on places unless it's a positive experience, but today I had the WORST experience with customer service and the order wasn't even for me! First I ordered for an older woman, who isn't able to order for herself. I called this store to order and I was told the order would be $20.99 which was all the cash she had so fine. I hung up after placing the order. Then I received a text message from door dash (please note I did not call door dash at any point) that said the total amount of the order would be $29.54. I explained this to the older lady who asked me to cancel the order until she could go and ensure she had the additional cash. I called the store again and canceled the order. 20 minutes later after, the older woman had already placed a new order, she recieved the first order that we believed was canceled. I called the store, first they explained that door dash charges a fee. I stated I did not order via door dash. The gentleman put me on hold for 10 minutes, he then returned and stated that sometimes pizza hut uses door dash when they are short staffed. Strike 1! I explained to him that I did not order though door dash so a. I should not have to pay a fee, b. That order had been canceled, and c. I should not have to call door dash to cancel when I only ordered though pizza hut and it should be pizza huts responsibly to call and cancel door dash if they use them when they are short. He continued to blame door dash for the error and said I should call them. I then explained that I was not calling them because I didn't even know door dash was involved. He then put down the phone and was speaking to his manager and said "this lady found a better deal, canceled her door dash order, and now is lieing to make sure she gets the cheaper price." Strike 2! I told him I could hear what he was saying. Meanwhile, the door dash driver left with the first food order. He again told his manager I was lieing to keep both orders. When I told him I could hear him yet again, he hung up on me! Strike 3! I have never been so aggrivated and insulted when I was actually trying to assist someone else in ordering their food (a nursing home resident for that matter!) Worst customer service ever! If I could give 0 stars I would!
