I called and they put me on hold then they hung up the phone on me then I called again and then they did the same thing with me again and again they hung up on me... since they didn't answer the phone I went to the town and then they didn't want to answer me because no one wanted to speak Spanish Terrible service the truth is they should hire friendly people who do their job well and the pizza wasn't free then I ordered that they took about half an hour to deliver the pizza to me with an arrogant face the whole time I asked if the pizza was ready they told me no How long did it take for the pizza to be ready… then they have the music very loud

I made delivery through door dash around 6 ish today! Everytime I looked on the app it was saying different people was picking up my order and then it got to 8 pm and still know delivery. Right afterwards DoorDash texted and said my ordered was cancelled! So I called again and was very professional about it! The young guy I spoke with was very polite and nice to me he reordered my food and apologized every single time ! So right afterwards another hour had passed still no food for my kids that I’ve ordered back to back. So the ordered was cancelled again! And I called multiple times and I do mean multiple times they kept answering and hanging the phone up in my face and placing me on hold for a long time then answer and hanging the phone up again. So, I go up there and I wasn’t so professional then because at this point they took my money without answering the phone to give me my money back neither did they explain why my orders was canceled again. This young lady was there trying to keep the peace because I went off ! I was angry and frustrated really bad and still she remain calm and refunded my money back! She understood my situation about my money and my kids ! I asked to speak to the MANAGER AND HE REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME ! Telling the young lady to handle the situation and he was tied up and didn’t have the time to even speak to me ! At this point they doesn’t even deserve a star ! All I want is my refund back ! Unprofessional! The others there were just starring at me like it was a prank or something! I hope and pray that it doesn’t happen to one of their families ! I’ve been dealing with Pizza Hut for the longest and never had an issue at all ! All of a sudden tonight I’ve gotten treated the worse way ! But the young lady and the other guy that I spoke with over the phone was very understanding!

Ordered a pizza. Was to be delivered at 9:15 pm. Called back at 9:30. Employee said NO drivers, NO Doordash. He said do you want to cancel. I said Yes. Doordash still picked up and delivered at 10:35 pm. Friend did not know he could refuse it. Employee should have pulled pizza. Called today Manager says yes employee did wrong but there is nothing she can do. Not even a Hey let me give you a coupon.. Sad customer service is not what it used to be.

Terrible service 😡 I asked for delivery, I waited 50 minutes, called the store and it turns out that they don't offer delivery. I had ordered online and when I called again they cut off my call and never gave me an answer. I will pay. I'm not asking for free food. Hot pizza must have good employees, not bitter employees who don't like to do anything terrible. 😡

Worst experience at this location. Ordered from this location with uber and the driver gave us the completely wrong order. Called the store and they said we need to come personally pick up the correct order even tho we ordered delivery. Went there and they were confused and said they would make our order, after 20 minutes of waiting we asked what was taking so long, and the same guy acted like we never went up there to begin with and said they won’t re make our order. Never again will I order with this company or location
