Ordered 2 pizzas waited for an hour but waited at window for 30 minutes till someone came to help by that time my pizza was ready but I was ready for my refund, guy was nice but didn't apologize for the wait.

Order a Dr Pepper Cajun fries and some wings. Wings were great and drink was correct but barely got any fries. Been to other locations and have received more. Also when I asked for a fork I was given a spork for my wings so I ended up waiting until I made it home to eat them. Other than that wasn’t half

This Pizza Hut location by itself is great. When they partnered with Doordash to do their deliveries, they messed up. Dashers are not trained on how to properly deliver pizzas. The first time I had an issue because the pizza was folded in half and sauce was everywhere and they didn't deliver my drink. They don't check to make sure all the items are with the order before they leave the store. When you try calling the doordash deliverers number, it never works so you have to end up calling the store instead. Today my family didn't receive our order at all, my mother placed the order without my knowledge (I would have warned her). I have no issues when I'm able to pick up orders here but the last 3 deliveries, have been horrible. If you choose this place PLEASE PICK UP YOUR ORDER TO SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE until they hire their own delivery drivers again. Doordash drivers are not held accountable like Pizza Hut delivery drivers would/used to be.

Terrible customer service. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes. Everybody standing around on their cell phone. Cinema rolls had a little icing on them. I ordered extra pepperoni on my pizza and didn't have it on it. Never will go back to that Pizza Hut again on airport boulevard.

A Disappointing ExperienceI recently ordered two pastas and breadsticks from Pizza Hut, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The chicken on the pasta was unevenly distributed, concentrated mostly on the top. Moreover, the breadsticks lacked the expected garlic butter sauce, arriving disappointingly plain. Despite leaving a tip, this experience fell short of the usual quality I associate with Pizza Hut. I hope for improvements in future orders.

Between the app and the store, they will change the order without notice. At the store, they seem to have no awareness. Don't offer an app if it can't get your order to you. 30 minutes late and an incomplete order.

Went today and order a small pizza and pasta the food was good worth cheating on my diet and better than dominoes and papa John’s and I used to work at both .
