I ordered over the phone for a large school group. Steven took my order and was very polite and professional in the phone. He was very helpful and made sure the order was correct and I got my receipt. Our pizza was delivered on time and tasted great! We had a really good experience ordering here!

Bad experience, turned great!
I ordered online and just hit meat lovers quantity 3, order, then checked out. Somehow it got entered as 3 meat lovers - remove EVERYTHING BUT CHEESE!!! Picked it up and got home without checking. Opened up the box to really the worst thing you could find. I called in and spoke to someone, I’m assuming Zephra since the new receipt said, and she made all the bad good again. Didn’t even have to leave my house which I would have dreaded.
Thank you Zephra cuz the Pizza Hut website failed me but you made it better.

The food is usually not ever cooked all the way it tastes, and I've had multiple times where they didn't put one of the most important items (marinara sauce) on the calzone melt things they have (,which are so good by the way if cooked all the way). Honestly I hate to blast this place because it's so close to my place and I go here a lot or I order at least from here. Just wish they would care more about the quality because other places, specifically Pizza Hut around town is BOMB so there's no reason other than lack of caring that the food is usually not good. I hate to be this guy but I've spent a lot of money here for that every time. It's unnecessary but a fact.

I Odered pizza through the app on 4/20 . Woke up today on 4/21 an whomever was working the cash register decided to tip themselves. I tried to reach out the the store manager this morning for an explanation an he was VERY rude and nasty an insisting that my bank would add the extra charge. I asked to speak with someone that could help resolve this he declined.I Oder pizza 2-3 times a week because my son is autistic and loves cheese pizza I’ve NEVER EVER had this happen. I’m left to believe everybody there is STEALING and management is backing them up . NOW that I’m reading through reviews I see that this is a frequent occurrence for them so obviously action isn’t being took properly. I will NEVER Oder from Pizza Hut again ! Definitely would love my money back .I will N O T do business with a corporation that’s okay with employees stealing !
Myself, my husband, our 10 year old, and my mom were in Austin for the night so we decided to go for Pizza Hut since there was a good deal going on. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, 16 boneless wings, an order of cheese breadsticks, and the cinnamon rolls for carry out. This was at 8:45pm on a Saturday night. The tracker said our order would be ready by 9pm.
This Pizza Hut location is a bit small and can get cramped, but everyone working that night was friendly. Our order was ready by 9pm. Everything was a good temperature and tasty. They even remembered to include the dips we had ordered.
I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. It sure is better than some of the other locations we have been to.

I try to order from this location the lady that answer just keept saying please hold an will drop call. She said I know I drop it we are busy. I try to order any ways she did not know what she was doing was rude and at the end was whats your name again not trying to help order bad customer service.
