Worst customer service from manager and employees. Food was terrible; raw and undercooked. Looked like a child made the order . And still got order wrong when took back for a 2nd time . Never again will eat at Pizza Hut. Might try little ceasers next time for a better dish 🥲

I Odered pizza through the app on 4/20 . Woke up today on 4/21 an whomever was working the cash register decided to tip themselves. I tried to reach out the the store manager this morning for an explanation an he was VERY rude and nasty an insisting that my bank would add the extra charge. I asked to speak with someone that could help resolve this he declined.I Oder pizza 2-3 times a week because my son is autistic and loves cheese pizza I’ve NEVER EVER had this happen. I’m left to believe everybody there is STEALING and management is backing them up . NOW that I’m reading through reviews I see that this is a frequent occurrence for them so obviously action isn’t being took properly. I will NEVER Oder from Pizza Hut again ! Definitely would love my money back .I will N O T do business with a corporation that’s okay with employees stealing !
Myself, my husband, our 10 year old, and my mom were in Austin for the night so we decided to go for Pizza Hut since there was a good deal going on. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, 16 boneless wings, an order of cheese breadsticks, and the cinnamon rolls for carry out. This was at 8:45pm on a Saturday night. The tracker said our order would be ready by 9pm.
This Pizza Hut location is a bit small and can get cramped, but everyone working that night was friendly. Our order was ready by 9pm. Everything was a good temperature and tasty. They even remembered to include the dips we had ordered.
I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. It sure is better than some of the other locations we have been to.

I try to order from this location the lady that answer just keept saying please hold an will drop call. She said I know I drop it we are busy. I try to order any ways she did not know what she was doing was rude and at the end was whats your name again not trying to help order bad customer service.
Okay… I haven’t gotten my food yet, BUT!!! I messed up my online delivery order and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I called the shop & asked the guy that answered if he could help. Dude didn’t just help, he was super cool about it, even though I could hear how ridiculously busy the place was, at dinner time, in the background. My pizza could literally taste like a dung beatle ball, & I’d still be happy just because of ol’boys positive attitude! Excellent customer service man! The whole world could learn something from this guy! Thanks Steven!! You rock brother

The manager of this place should be ashamed having workers in this heat. I don't know if the AC was out or what, but in the 15 min I sat to wait for an order that should have been already ready for pickup I lost 10 pounds just in sweat. It looks like the front end hasn't been cleaned in years makes me wonder how clean the food is...

It was the most unpleasant thing. I placed an order. Wait more for 40 minutes. I was still waiting. I had to cancel the order. I could see the place was dirty and the kitchen without using the glove. You could see a little thing from the outside. Very dirty. I think this place needs more attention.
