Bad experience, turned great!

I ordered online and just hit meat lovers quantity 3, order, then checked out. Somehow it got entered as 3 meat lovers - remove EVERYTHING BUT CHEESE!!! Picked it up and got home without checking. Opened up the box to really the worst thing you could find. I called in and spoke to someone, I’m assuming Zephra since the new receipt said, and she made all the bad good again. Didn’t even have to leave my house which I would have...

Myself, my husband, our 10 year old, and my mom were in Austin for the night so we decided to go for Pizza Hut since there was a good deal going on. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, 16 boneless wings, an order of cheese breadsticks, and the cinnamon rolls for carry out. This was at 8:45pm on a Saturday night. The tracker said our order would be ready by 9pm.

This Pizza Hut location is a bit small and can get cramped, but everyone working that night was friendly....
