Myself, my husband, our 10 year old, and my mom were in Austin for the night so we decided to go for Pizza Hut since there was a good deal going on. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, 16 boneless wings, an order of cheese breadsticks, and the cinnamon rolls for carry out. This was at 8:45pm on a Saturday night. The tracker said our order would be ready by 9pm.

This Pizza Hut location is a bit small and can get cramped, but everyone working that night was friendly....

Okay…
I haven’t gotten my food yet, BUT!!!
I messed up my online delivery order and couldn’t figure out how to fix it.
I called the shop & asked the guy that answered if he could help.
Dude didn’t just help, he was super cool about it, even though I could hear how ridiculously busy the place was, at dinner time, in the background.
My pizza could literally taste like a dung beatle ball, & I’d still be happy just because...

The manager of this place should be ashamed having workers in this heat. I don't know if the AC was out or what, but in the 15 min I sat to wait for an order that should have been already ready for pickup I lost 10 pounds just in sweat. It looks like the front end hasn't been cleaned in years makes me wonder how clean the food is...
