Pizza Hut

Our office had a big Valentine's Day order. The Pizza Hut's app allowed me to schedule the order in advance for the 9 Large One- Topping 1 Medium Speciality, 8 boneless wings Carry out specials. I was able to track the progress of the order through the app as well as get notifications of it being ready ahead of schedule. The staff even offered to help carry the items to my car. Pizza and chicken was hot, fresh and tasty. My car smelled like Pizza hut for a hour afterwards. Going back to this location for the freshness of the food and the quality of service!

So upset paid 26.01 this is 2nd time I've had a bad experience with this location usually there really good but lately it's just been trash guy claims my payment did not go threw but on my card it says it did he took my pizza then tried to come back n give me a cold pizza how dare him I paid for a fresh pizza ....so pissed customer service is ridiculous.

The worker named Rose (she seems like a very clueless person) does not do her job well, I ordered and paid for a pizza and came back, she made me wait 1 hour for the pizza that apparently she gave to someone else and they had to make it again and made me wait another hour. From what I realized, he has the orders ready and does not pay attention to the names and makes people wait longer.

The cashier completely ignore me when I walked in to pick up my pizza he was talking to a lady I had to wait 10 minutes and then after he was done talking he told me to wait some more I went to the back another cashier came out and helped me.

I usually do not post this kind of reviews, but pizza was missing one topping and after eating a couple of slices, there was a piece of plastic(kind of a bracelet piece) in between a slice.

Horrible service , the attendant seems to have no costumer service skills, when we asked about something specific from the menu he was lost and decided to go back to the kitchen plus had his mouth full of food while “taking “ , disgusting , we had to order form the app and wait outside until the order was ready , store has a big potencial but with attendants like that don’t even want to spend my money anymore , never coming back to this place .

Pizza was undercooked. Was disappointing. Will not buy Chicago Supreme again.

The cashier is so slow and when I ask to give me couple Ranch he just give me one side and I order pizza and wings
