I ordered today on March 27th,2024 around 9:45pm it was an online order.I called the store to ask them to make it extra crispy and when I got the pizza it was so hot and fresh and the way I ordered it. The manager on duty is doing an amazing job and his team keep up the amazing work ???

I went to this Pizza Location. I noticed my pizza was slightly undercooked. I didn't complain at first because it wasn't such a huge issue. Plus i was waiting for my ride. But when i got home i started to notice other things wrong with my order . I bought the Mini Cinnamon buns . They were cooked right but i had a long thick hair underneath one of my buns . I already eaten like two of them, so when i got to the one with the hair i gaged and almost threw up. I ordered 6 piece hot wings a couple of them were burnt so they didn't even look right to eat. I was so disappointed. My total order was 43.14 . I had bought a big order and other sides. Yet majority of what i bought i couldn't eat because of the condition of the food. Me and my kids were disappointed and hungry. I called back but nobody was picking up the phone. I called the next day and talked to the manager. He was nice and offer me a partial credit for pick up. I wanted a partial refund . He told me no unless a bring the food back. I told him i couldn't do it. Some was already eaten . I confirmed my receipt with him then asked if he could do a partial credit delivery he agreed. Im glad he was being nice a gave me a partial credit . But it still to much money to have to pay for them to get it right the first time And yes i paid for delivery cost and a tip. Decided to call customer service to get a refund. Im still waiting on a response. Ive been to this location before usually there ok. There were new people there this time But thats not a excuse.

Placed an online order at 7:19. Requested pickup at 8pm. The girl at the counter said it’d be ready in 40 minutes. Its 9:06pm. I’m still waiting. Then another couple walks in and orders and they state their be ready in 15 minutes. I work in customer service, I get things happen but what a waste of time. Not coming back here. Wish I could give zero stars. Highly disappointed.

3 star because I order from this place a lot. But only 3 due to the fact the delivery driver needs an attitude adjustment. “Call when you get to the main entrance “ doesn’t mean go through the gate and come up 4 flights of stairs and get mad because I was waiting for you by the main entrance lol

I ordered a pizza a few months ago that they terribly made wrong and it was disgusting so I called and spoke to the manager who was nice enough to give me a credit to replace the pizza I had to throw away no one wanted to eat it it was wet and soggy and not even what I ordered. I called tonight to order a pizza with my credit and was told it expired. No one even told me that the credit would expire and they were not willing to even help me even though I explained that no one told me it would expire. I will never order from Pizza Hut again!

They called and let me know they were out of peach tea and if it’s ok to switch it out with something and I substitute for sweet tea before they left through the door with my order.
