Please order online if you can.Idk who it is but someone who answered the phone said I could pay with card when the delivery driver gets here. I double checked. He said yes. Okay. I get a text saying that the driver is coming and to have cash and if I don't to immediately cancel the order. Okay. I call back."Can I cancel this and reorder with card? It says I can't pay with card."Person on phone: "I don't know why it's doing that.... Looks like you'll have to cancel and reorder."....okay. lets do that then. Obviously he doesn't know what he's doing cause he doesn't cancel the order and hangs up the phone. I call back. Ask for manager cause my patience with this guy is gone. Reorder everything but turns out the delivery driver is a doordasher and not a pizza hut delivery driver.So he's still expecting cash. I can't communicate with him cause I don't speak Spanish so I have to call back and beg for someone to speak to this man and explain to him what's going on. I still have to wait for THEIR driver to deliver my order and give the pizzas back to doordasher. I didn't order from doordash btw. I called this store to order. I normally would had ordered online but the website was crashing.I normally don't like to be a Karen about things, but that first guy needs to be fired. He obviously doesn't care about his job.

The pizza was trash, I got the hot honey pizza and it was poo, it only had like 13 pieces or pepperoni, when the picture shows it loaded with two types of them. And I called and tried to speak to a manager and was on hold for 15min then got hung up

While waiting to go into the pizza hut to pick up my order I was approached by a black man that looked in my car window and asked me for money,I gave him a dollar bill he then asked me for 10 dollars I said no then he asked me for 5 dollars I said no and told him to have a good night he then asked me for another dollar begging and pleading then he asked me for two slices of my pizza I said no then he asked me if I wanted to party, I said no then rolled up my window when he disappeared I went to get my pizza and told the manager about my experience and I said that things like that give that store a bad reputation he didn't even respond to anything g I had said it was a very uncomfortable situation all the way around I didn't feel safe it was 9 pm on a Tuesday

Other reviews say the delivery is usually an hour late and not what you order. That was my experience as well. I'm eating it anyway as it is getting late and was almost 50 dollars including the 25% tip, but each bite makes me a little sad.
After waiting almost 2 hours to get a pizza replaced because there was delivered uncooked and missing items. The Uber eats driver they had delivered took more than an hour to get here so unfortunately the pizza was cold the second time and missing the promising dessert. Overall just horrible and customer service is not existed there it took me over 20 calls just to get them on the phone to actually replace my meal and unfortunately still didn't arrive until an hour and 45 minutes later.

Food was cold when we got it, was missing all the sauces I paid for so had to go back. The last time I ordered, I ordered delivery, pizza never arrived, called the store, said no one from door dash would pick up the pizza, and that I would have to come pick it up, I specifically ordered it delivery because I wasn’t feeling good and it’s my comfort food. Then asked if I had someone pick it up if they could take off the delivery charge, he said no. So they wanted me to pay for delivery even tho it would end up getting picked up. I ordered dominos and they have yet to mess up my order.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Forty dollars worth of food took two hours. This required me to search the parking lot and street for the driver. He didn't know what food was mine so I had to search the back seat of the car for my order. I didn't get the fries I paid for. Then he said he didn't have change so he ended up with 3-4 dollars of a tip. I called the store and asked for a manager. I asked for a manager and then hung up and called again for a manager. The person answering phone put me on hold again for 25 minutes before the store closed and I finally gave up. Recap: food took two hours. It was cold. I had to retrieve it from the driver's car myself after searching the neighborhood for nearly 30 minutes, not all the order was there, and then I waited on hold for 30 minutes after requesting a manager, and finally they never bothered to pick up the phone to offer a partial refund, a free small pizza, or even an apology. I let some things go because I've worked fast food and retail and know it can be stressful, but this is beyond the pale. I've eaten pizza hut for nearly 40 years. I won't ever spend a dime at this pizza hut or any other one again. You just don't do people this way and keep business. I know they've closed locations and now I know why. I hope that this review makes you think twice. At least when you buy a pizza at a gas station you get what you pay for. I would do that before I'd spend money here again.
