As of late the quality of the pizzas has been dropping. Tonight the pizza I received seemed like one the forgot to put toppings on, then added the toppings after it was cooked and sent it through the oven again. The crust was over cooked and the toppings weren't melted into the cheese. In general the last few pizzas I've ordered from there wasn't that great. It's disappointing because when the pizzas are cooked correctly they are great.

You know how they talk about cars' "residual value"? Well, Pizza Hut Express 's pizza has amazing residual value. I don't think I've ever had better day-old pizza. Oh, and it was amazing when it was fresh, too.
yesterday the worker had an attitude problem I understand that every worker has to be happy in a position if you don't like your position move on bad customer service several customers did not like the service I was watching at the register I talk to this dude that did not want to smile I told him do you like your job he likes there like he wants to bite someone face off their body like he's a Terminator

Horrible service! They just don't care. Took my money and refused my refund and to give me the pizza because I refused to sign their refund receipt, which i didn't sign the debit card transaction! Ended up having to go to Domino's and had to call the district manager. This type of service is why I didn't order Pizza Hut in the past for over 3 years. Wish I had never gone back to them!
